Während Ihres Aufenthalts in Bellagio, am Comer See oder in der Lombardei können Sie im Restaurant Salice Blu Halt machen, Chefkoch Luigi Gandola treffen und mit ihm eine Weinprobe im fantastischen Weinkeller genießen. Chef Luigi absolvierte professionelle Sommellier A.i.s. im märz 2018 kümmert er sich persönlich um ihre weinprobe. Sie können lokalen und italienischen Wein probieren und sich mit einigen Speisen verbinden und Informationen über Trauben und die Art der Weinherstellung erhalten.

The wines were delicious and Luigi was very entertaining! The tasting room was so beautiful and unique. We stayed for dinner after our tasting and had the most wonderful meal.
Chef Luigi made us feel so welcome in his restaurant. This experience is a must! He was very knowledgeable about his wines and was eager to teach people like me who are not very familiar.
Luigi is very personable and knowledgeable. We liked the 4 wines and small bites paired with each one. We didn’t feel like the price was worth the experience and felt Luigi may be a bit tired right now with the long season he’s been through. All in all we are glad we did it and had fun. We did not stay for the dinner option but if you are a foodie the menu looked up your alley.
Chef Luigi is a master at pairing wines with his incredible menu. He is knowledgeable, fun and engaging. We enjoyed the wine tasting in the most impressive wine cellar. We returned the next evening for a most enjoyable dinner that was truly the experience of a lifetime! We tried to load photos on this app, but didn’t work. Chef Luigi, his wife Camilla, and the staff are most impressive. Best part of our 2 weeks in Italy!
Chef Luigi was a pleasure to spend some time - he catered the wine tastings to my preference and the food pairings were perfect. There is an amazing wine cellar in the restaurant where the wine tastings are conducted. I stayed for dinner and the experience was perfect - the food, the service and the ambience. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Bellagio area
We had a great time with the chef. A lovely setting in the wine cellar of his restaurant. We had 4 wine pairings which were fabulous. He explained the wines and related topics. A nice option for anyone looking for a small group wine tasting in Bellagio.
Luigi is very knowledge and knows how to make you relax as you sample his fine wines. The atmosphere in the wine cellar is fantastic. Don’t miss this opportunity to sample these wines, meet Luigi and have a great time. We followed this up with dinner at his restaurant above the wine cellar. Staff and food are fabulous.
DO NOT book this if you are staying in Milan. The up front information said that transportation was included. We later learned that no hotels in Milan qualified for the transportation. The upfront information did not include where the restaurant was located that was holding the wine tasting or the added dinner. A week before the excursion, I called Viator to find out more information about where we were to go, finally was told the restaurant was in Bellagio, that we would need to take a train to Vereena, then take the ferry to Bellagio!!! We could get there for the 5:00 wine tasting, but we could not get the ferry or train back to Milan after the wine tasting and dinner that we had requested. Because this was a no refund ticket, we chose to forfeit our money because of the lack of promised transportation to/from our hotel.
Excellent sommelierJenny, great wine and fun friends! We stayed for dinner, too! We chose a 7 course dinner which was divine! Enjoyed a fun view of the kitchen, too.
We were so excited to see Chef Gandola.👌We tasted excellent wines and with an excellent selected menu to properly taste the taste of each wine from different years and vintages..The cellar, the restaurant and the people who took care of us were great and the whole team it works great..it is worth visiting this family gem and trying all the authentic things there..My son loves to cook and so At my request we were seated in front of the glass showcases of the kitchen at a special table from which we could personally observe how prepares the truly unique menu here..Words cannot describe this experience and I highly recommend you go and see for yourself. I'm sorry we didn't have time to enroll in Chef Gandola's cooking class to learn the secret of cooking Italian cuisine from the best at it. I hope we can visit the restaurant again and immerse ourselves in the magic of this place. 🌹🥇🙏🍷🤩👌
