Céline und Yvan ZEYSSOLFF sind reisebegeistert und architekturaffin und haben schon viele Familienweinkeller besucht, manche originell, andere außergewöhnlich. Sie alle haben ein gemeinsames Thema: die Demokratisierung eines der schönsten französischen Kulturgüter, nämlich des Weins. Das Weingut wird nicht mehr nur als Arbeitsinstrument genutzt, sondern als Ort des Austauschs, an dem die Geschichte des Weins anhand einer Familien- und Regionalgeschichte erzählt wird. Céline und Yvan ZEYSSOLFF, Inhaber eines geschichtsträchtigen und traditionsreichen Weinguts, beschlossen, einen Ort der Begegnung zu schaffen, an dem Weinliebhaber wie auch Nicht-Weinliebhaber nicht nur kulturell, sondern auch emotional bereichert werden. Sie werden verschiedene elsässische Weine und eine elsässische Pastete in einem einzigartigen Ambiente verkosten: einem alten Familienkeller aus dem Jahr 1850, in dem Geschichte und Moderne verschmelzen – Präsentation des Fasses von der Weltausstellung. Im alten Gewölbekeller des Hauses steht außerdem ein kleiner, gemütlicher Raum zur Verfügung. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und erhalten Traubensaft.

Fantastic experience! Tastings and movie first about the winery’s operational side and how they make their wine then a beautiful show on the barrels in the cellar on the winery’s history. Unbelievable imagery and so creative!!! Delicious lunch and more wines follow.

Very nice winery and interesting excursion! The staff was very friendly! They gave us a lesson on different types of wine and what makes wine in this region unique. They also have an interesting story of their winery!

Great experience! I have been to different wine experiences in other locations and I feel like I learned more at this one than any others. Our tour guide was informative and humorous. Wines were delicious. A great day!

Informative and emotionally delightful. We learned about the wines of the region and this vineyard in particular. Our winery tour was followed by a very delicious lunch; each course was served with a wine that complimented the dish.

Absolutely wonderful tour! You could feel the family love of winemaking. They did a wonderful tour for our Gate1 group including tasting 6 wines and a great lunch. We couldn't decide which wine we like the best so we shipped 4 cases home to the US. Cheers!!!

We arrived only 15 minutes late but staff ensured that we caught up with a nice introductory video. All the wines were nice and not overpriced.

Superb experience watching a film on the history of the winery. The meal was just lovely; it ended with another film which was also quite well done. Our guide was very well informed on the Alsatian wine district, the grape varieties, the production and storage timeframes. And the wines! We noticed a picture of this winery’s label on a restaurant menu in Strasbourg.
