Genießen Sie eine der klassischsten Weinproben unserer Tradition : Wein und Käse! Sie werden die einzigartigsten Kombinationen unserer Bio-Assisi DOC- und Umbrien IGT-Weine mit Käse, Marmeladen und Balsamico-Essig von unserem Hof und lokalen Produzenten probieren. Das Verkostungsmenü kann natürlich angepasst werden, um die Ernährungsbedürfnisse/Allergien/Unverträglichkeiten unserer Gäste zu befriedigen (z.B. laktosefrei, glutenfrei, vegetarisch..). Bei schlechtem Wetter oder zu kalt oder heiß, um draußen zu bleiben, wird die Verkostung im Verkostungsraum durchgeführt. Wenn Sie spezielle Wünsche haben, zögern Sie nicht, uns zu kontaktieren! Wir bieten jedoch auf Anfrage für einen festen Preis vom Stadtzentrum von Spello oder dem Bahnhof Assisi oder lokalen Hotels.

Der Gast wird eine geführte Weinprobe von 4 Bioweinen gepaart mit gemischter Bruschette, einer Auswahl an typischem Käse mit hausgemachter Marmelade oder unserem Balsamico-Essig genießen.

Guia Giulia super friendly, didactic with very clear English. We know the family winery Tili in Assisi which is only 5-10 minutes drive from the meeting point. She explained everything about the production showing the details, removing all doubts. Next we went to the tasting area, where we tried olive oil and vinegar produced by them with bruschetas, all a delight, various wines (1 frisant, 1 white, 1 rose, 2 red and 1 sweet) all a delight, selection of cheeses, cold and jelly. And finally a delicious sweet biscuit. The tasting space is beautiful and cozy. The guide very polite and didactic. Tour with 4 people only (my family) and it was a delight. I recommend!

Tili Winery is the best! Overlooking some of the vineyards and an umbrella covered seating, this winery has it all. The knowledge and passion of the hosts is unmatched. The pairings were delicious and Anna Laura (daughter of the winemakers) was delightful! Her stories and information were so much fun and helped to make our wonderful experience even better. Yummy and unique wines and sumptuous cheeses and bruschetta. Thank you, Tili! ❤️

Wow! This was the 1st stop after landing in Italy! They even were so kind to take us early. The view, the wine, the food, everything was delicious. We even had a case sent home which just arrived a few days ago. Just a picture perfect place and experience.

The vinery is beautiful with a great view of the valley below. The vine and appetizers were excellent and the experience was a lot of fun.
