Kommen Sie und erleben Sie die Aromen, Farben und Geschmäcker der Kanarischen Inseln im Herzen des Vulkans! Wir erwarten Sie in einem fabelhaften Weingut oberhalb des Atlantiks. In etwa 2 Stunden unserer Erfahrung haben Sie die Möglichkeit, lokale Weine und köstliche kanarische Tapas zu probieren. Wir werden durch den Weinberg gehen und die reine Luft der Berge atmen und die spektakuläre Aussicht über das Meer bewundern. Sie erhalten interessante Informationen über die Nutzung des Weinbergs , die lokalen Legenden und Geschichte. Alles in einer sehr entspannten Atmosphäre, gepflegt von freundlichen Menschen, leckeren lokalen Tapas und großartigen kanarischen Weinen.
Der Pino Gordo (übersetzt "Fette Kiefer") ist eines der bekanntesten Naturdenkmäler Teneriffas und liegt im charmanten Bergdorf Vilaflor, dem höchstgelegenen Dorf der Kanarischen Inseln. Diese majestätische Kanarische Pinie (Pinus canariensis) zeichnet sich durch ihre beeindruckende Größe und Alter aus. Mit einem Stammumfang von über 9 Metern und einer Höhe von etwa 45 Metern ist der Pino Gordo der größte und älteste Kiefernbaum der Kanarischen Inseln, der mehr als 800 Jahre alt geschätzt wird. Umgeben von Pinienwäldern ist der Baum über einen kurzen Weg gut erreichbar und gut ausgeschildert. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und bietet einen perfekten Ort für Fotos, Spaziergänge in der Natur und eine tiefere Wertschätzung der einzigartigen Flora der Insel. Seine Widerstandsfähigkeit und Langlebigkeit sind auch Symbol für das vulkanische und natürliche Erbe der Insel.
Vilaflor ist ein bezauberndes historisches Dorf im Herzen Teneriffas mit einer Höhe von 1.400 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel und ist die höchstgelegene Stadt auf den Kanarischen Inseln. Es liegt südlich des Teide-Nationalparks und verfügt über einzigartige Landschaften und Pinienwälder. Die alte Kolonialkirche und die alten kanarischen Häuser sind ein Genuss für die Geschichtsfans.
Los Roques ist ein verstecktes Juwel, das eine ruhige Flucht aus den überfüllten Touristengebieten der Insel bietet. Dieses malerische Dorf ist bekannt für seine markanten Höhlenhäuser, Strukturen, die genial in die Felsformationen eingebaut sind und traditionelle architektonische Praktiken widerspiegeln, die an die Vulkanlandschaft angepasst sind. Our guide / photographer really made this trip exceptional! This was more than a wine tour although the wine and tapas were amazing. Theo pointed out so many things we wouldn’t have known about and stopped and some really unique places. One of the best days we had in Tenerife! Theo was an outstanding guide. This is a private tour with a stop at a winery with a tour by the owner. Wine was wonderful! We toured vila de flor and cathedral and Candalaria and the Cathedral. Theo told engaging stories and we learned much about the history of the Island. We signed up for a second tour with him to the North side of the island. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful day with Theo. We drove up to the LaLaguna area. On the way, Theo gave us a lot of information about the history of the island and the indigenous people. We stopped at an aloe farm and had a wonderful tour with Satu. From there we went to a winery and learned about how they farm and harvest the grapes along with the tastings and some tapas pairings. We also went to a local Canarian restaurant and had some wonderful paella. We ended the day touring the Candelaria area. We saw the Basilica of Our Lady of Candelaria, had some gelato, and walked around town. The whole day, Theo was able to educate us about the places we visited. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience Tenerife and learn about the island and experience some of its food, wine, and culture.

Great tour! Theo is a great host. The winery was amazing with many great wine and tapas. Lunch at the restaurant is a must. Nice walk through the gorge. Would wish for more than one winery visit and less time with other activities, but thats just my opinion :).

Theo was an excellent host. The communication before the trip was perfect with an itinerary outlined and the pickup time and location clear. He arrived as scheduled and, as we drove, further explained what the day would entail stressing that it was our day and we could take longer or shorter times as we wished. The aloe vera farm we visited was very interesting with the host there extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic about the aloe vera plant properties. It had a very peaceful and beautiful garden. We then visited a vineyard where, again, the host was very welcoming and accommodating. Theo took the role of translator for us as our Spanish was very limited. We sampled an array of wines and left feeling very mellow indeed! Theo arranged for us to have lunch at an out of the way and truly authentic Spanish restaurant. He liaised with the waiter and ordered us a mixture of dishes which were by far the best food we had on our holiday. All in all the day was the highlight of our holiday in Tenerife. We would definitely recommend Theo and his private tours.
