Eine kurze Autostunde von Prag entfernt bietet diese Tour die Möglichkeit, den komplizierten Herstellungsprozess sowohl für Sekt als auch für das weltbekannte Bier der Tschechischen Republik besser zu verstehen , beide in die Geschichte der schönen Stadt Pilsen verwoben. Wir erfahren die Geheimnisse, wie die Blasen in die Flasche gelangen, und erkunden die Geschichte, Produktion und Hingabe an die Qualität des weltbekannten tschechischen Bieres Pilsner Urquell.

Wir werden unsere Tour in der bekanntesten tschechischen Sektfabrik beginnen. Während dieses Besuchs genießen Sie eine Führung, bei der Sie entdecken, wie dieser berühmte Sekt hergestellt wird. Sie lernen den Unterschied zwischen der traditionellen und der Charmat-Produktionsmethode kennen, wie Hefen geschüttelt werden und wie Schaumweine von Sedimenten befreit werden. Auf die Tour folgt eine Sektprobe, bei der Sie 5 Proben dieses berühmten Produzenten kennenlernen können.
Nach diesem Besuch der Sektfabrik fahren wir direkt zur Brauerei, um ein traditionelles tschechisches Mittagessen in einem sehr freundlichen Restaurant einzunehmen. (Optional: Nach diesem Besuch fahren wir Sie in die Innenstadt von Pilsen, wo wir ein traditionelles tschechisches Mittagessen genießen). Wir werden den Rest des Tages (fast 2 Stunden) in der historischen Brauerei verbringen, die mehr als zwei Drittel der Biere der Welt inspiriert hat! Berühmte Biere nach Pilsner Urquell-Art sind noch heute weltweit als „Pils“, „Pilsner“ oder „Pilsener“ bekannt! Geschichtsliebhaber werden vom Modell der Brauerei aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, dem Sudhaus aus den 1930er Jahren und den historischen Kellern begeistert sein. Lernen Sie die einzigartige Methode zum Brauen von Pilsner Urquell-Bier kennen und besuchen Sie die neue Abfüllanlage, in der 120.000 Flaschen pro Stunde abgefüllt werden können. Schließen Sie mit einer Brauereiführung und einer Bierprobe der besten Produkte von Pilsner Urquell ab. Am Ende des Tages fahren wir Sie zurück zu Ihrem Hotel in Prag.

Andrea picked us up at the scheduled time. We drove to Plzen. First stop was Bohemia Sekt where we first got a round in the vineyard. Then there were tasting of seeing different sparkling wines. Along the way, she told me about different places we passed. Afterwards there was lunch at PilsnerUrqeuell with subsequent round in the brewery. Finally there was a taste of beer and a round in the souvenir shop. Andrea has great knowledge of Prague, the surrounding areas and about beer and wine. Really a nice excursion. Recommended

My husband & I did a full day private trip to Bohemia Sekt sparkling wine cellar & Pilsner Urquell brewery with Andrea. We were conveniently picked up from our hotel, greeted with snacks, and hit the road for ~1 hr. We thoroughly enjoyed the Bohemia Sekt cellars. We received a very informative private tour where we learned about & witnessed the traditional method of sparkling wine creation, the bottling process, and finally got to try various samples of sparkling wine. We then headed to Pilsen to the Pilsner Urquell brewery where we had a delicious lunch before we did a group tour around the Brewery and sampled beer from their cellars. Andrea was an excellent guide. She had a great relationship with all of the folks at the wine cellar & brewery, was our personal photographer/already knew all the spots for the best photo ops, and very graciously recommended a great local spot for dinner. Andrea was the best tour guide we could ever have asked for. Her attention to us as her guests was immeasurable. She was incredibly kind and generous with her knowledge and hospitality. We will definitely be using her guide service again the next time we can come back to the beautiful Czech Republic. The tour we went on at Bohemian Sekt was really nice and the tasting at the end was eye opening to the quality of Czech wines, and made us want to explore more of the wineries in the Czech regions. To top it off we had an excellent lunch, tour, and tasting of the unfiltered beer at the Pilsner Urquell brewery, bottling facility and most of all the aging cellars below the brewery. We really couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend Andrea and her tour company to anyone.

The winery and brewery visited were perfectly selected, the tour guide was very knowledgeable, and the wine, beer, and food sampled was just outstanding - - I would definitely recommend to anyone who appreciates good food and drink!
