Alan was a friendly, thoughtful and informative guide. We scheduled the evening tour to Butchart Gardens. The annual Christmas Light event is the current display. Our tour guide was Richard. He is knowledgeable, an excellent personality and made our family feel welcome. The tour picked us up at our AirBNB and dropped us off there with no additional fee. Richard also recommended some local food destinations that didn’t disappoint. Overall the tour and the gardens blew us away. All of the family members were totally satisfied.

Alan picked us up at our hotel right on time. He made the excursion so much fun sharing his fascinating knowledge of the history of the city and the buildings we saw. Alan gave us great tips on touring the garden and found us immediately when we returned to the starting point. When he heard us planning our transportation for our trip to the ferry he offered to take care of that for us.
