Waikikis weiße Sandstrände sind nicht die einzigen erstaunlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Oahu. Keine Reise ist komplett ohne eine Besichtigung der ikonischen Berggipfel von Oahu. Dieser 30-minütige Hubschrauberrundflug bietet Aussicht auf Diamond Head, die drei Gipfel des Mt. Olomana und Nu'uanu Pali. Auf dem Weg sehen Sie außerdem das smaragdgrüne Wasser der Haunama Bay, den Leuchtturm am Makapu'u Point und Pearl Harbor.

Ihre Hubschrauberbesichtigung beginnt an der Südküste der Insel, sodass Sie die Skyline von Honolulu und den Diamond Head-Krater auf eine Weise sehen können, die vom Strand aus nicht möglich ist.
Das geschützte Wasser und die unglaublichen Korallenriffe der Hanauma Bay ziehen unter Ihnen vorbei, während Sie zwischen den nahe gelegenen Klippen und Vulkanausbrüchen schweben - den Überresten der vulkanischen Geburt der Insel.
Rund um den Makapu'u Point folgen Sie der Windward Coast und ihren langen weißen Sandstränden und dem türkisfarbenen Wasser, die Sie zu den wunderschönen Bergen dahinter führen.
Wenn Sie nach innen abbiegen, passieren Sie die drei scharfen Gipfel des berühmten Berges. Olomana, charakteristisch für seine englische Übersetzung, "geteilter Hügel".
Die üppige tropische Vegetation des Nu'uanu-Tals verbirgt ein Geheimnis: Oahu wurde aus Feuer geboren.
Eine atemberaubende Passage durch die Nu'uanu Pali Klippen und die üppigen Regenwälder, die darin liegen, führt Sie zurück zur Leeseite der Insel und nach Pearl Harbor.
Der Flug endet mit einem Pass über das USS Arizona Memorial und einer neuen Einschätzung der vulkanischen Herkunft von Oahu und seines spektakulären Geländes.

- Bei der Buchung der Türen kann es sein, dass sich Ihr Sitzplatz direkt neben einer offenen Tür befindet oder nicht.
- In unserem Robinson R44 Hubschrauber dürfen nur Passagiere mit einem Gewicht von 80 Pfund oder mehr bei geöffneter Tür fliegen. In unserem Airbus Astar-Hubschrauber dürfen nur Passagiere mit einem Gewicht von 100 Pfund oder mehr bei geöffneter Tür fliegen.
- Alle Passagiere ab 24 Monaten müssen einen Sitzplatz zum vollen Tarif kaufen.
- Für jeden Gast mit einem Gewicht von 250 Pfund oder mehr ist eine Gebühr für Gewicht und Balance erforderlich, um das Flugzeug sicher auszubalancieren. Für Gäste zwischen 250 und 275 lbs wird nach der Buchung eine Gebühr in Höhe von 50% des Sitzplatzpreises berechnet. Für Gäste mit einem Gewicht von 275 lbs oder höher wird ein Zusätzlicher Sitzplatz nach der Buchung berechnet.

Must go experience! I thought I would be feared of height turned out it’s not scary at all! Only the splendid view will shock you! And thanks to the great flying skill of captain JoJo, stable and smooth, I feel safe during the trip. Anyway, very much worth it!

The Rainbow Helicopter team is professional and helpful. They are really responsive to questions through the Viator app. Josh was the pilot for today's flight. He was excellent handling the bird and answering questions. It was my first helicopter ride and I felt confident in his ability to show us around the island and get us safely back on the ground.

The ride was beautiful. Cody the pilot pointed out a lot of the landmarks and knew a lot of the the history of it making it a really cool experience aside from the helicopter ride as well.
