If you’re visiting Manuel Antonio, the ADR Adventure Tour is the one excursion you need to book. It truly has it all! We spent six action-packed hours ziplining, exploring the jungle, swimming beneath waterfalls, and taking in some of the most breathtaking scenery in Costa Rica. Our guides (June 14) were knowledgeable, entertaining, and safety-conscious. They frequently stopped to point out wildlife and teach us about the surrounding rainforest, making the experience both exciting and educational. Everything was incredibly well organized, and we always felt prepared for each adventure. The delicious meal at the end of the tour was the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable day. I’m especially grateful we purchased the photo package because it captured memories we’ll treasure forever. Every detail of this tour was executed with excellence. Highly recommend!
My family and I loved the zip lining. The kids had a great time on the zip lines and my husband and I enjoyed the scenery.
The waterfall ziplining and canyoning was an excellent experience!! Brian and crew were fantastic guides and made everything very easy. We had a lot of fun and felt very safe the entire time. 10/10 would recommend
We brought our kids for their first time zip lining. They were nervous but the guides were all very friendly and helpful to give them the confidence they needed to have a wonderful experience.
It was so fun for our group of 8! The guides were funny and helpful, spoke English so well it was easy to understand their instructions.
Super fun experience! The activities were perfect and the guides were very engaging / pointed out animals along the way. We really enjoyed it
My adventure loving girlfriends and I booked the 10-in-1 tour and the service, professionalism, and fun we had exceeded any expectations I had. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and always made sure we felt safe. We never felt as though we were being heard through like cattle the way it can feel in larger groups (experienced that in MV and it's not for me), the land is privately owned and the money stays with the locals of CR instead of being outsourced. The photographer was awesome! It started pouring in the rainforest and he was ready for it! He captured epic shots of us that will serve as keepsakes for years to come. Highly recommend!
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Amigos Del Rio on their zip line and canyoning tour in Costa Rica! From start to finish, the entire adventure was exciting, well-organized, and so much fun. The guides were outstanding—helpful, funny, professional, and always focused on safety. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing, which made everyone feel comfortable and confident throughout the tour. The highlights just kept coming: zip lining through the beautiful scenery, rappelling down waterfalls, the refreshing waterfall splash, the thrilling Tarzan swing, and even a waterfall plunge that was an unforgettable rush! Every part of the experience was exciting and unique. The snack provided was delicious, and the lunch afterward was amazing—one of the best meals we had during our trip. A special shoutout to Brian, who was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone was having a great time while staying safe. His enthusiasm and attention to detail really made the experience even better. If you’re looking for an unforgettable adventure in Costa Rica, I highly recommend Amigos Del Rio. This was easily one of the highlights of our vacation, and we can’t wait to come back!
With this group you get to actually go deep into the forest to experience ziplining and canyoning across vast forests and gushing rivers. This is not some contrived side of the road zip line. you take two different vans to get up into the forest and we even had to cross a small river. There is a nice path through the woods that is well maintained. Then you follow the river and its water falls with zip lining and canyoning. they take amazing photos you can get after so you can focus on the activity and not on your phone.
Great! Hike wasn't terrible and the experience was awesome!
