Entdecken Sie die wahren Geschmäcker Warschaus auf dieser unvergesslichen kulinarischen Tour durch 5 sorgfältig ausgewählte lokale Spots. Sorgfältig kuratiert, um Touristenfallen zu vermeiden, wird Sie dieses Erlebnis in die authentischen Geschmäcker und Traditionen Polens eintauchen. Den Auftakt machen wir in einer historischen Milchbar – einem nostalgischen Restaurant aus kommunistischer Zeit, in dem sich noch heute Einheimische versammeln. Dort probieren Sie hausgemachte Pierogi und schlürfen an traditionellem Kompot, wie in einer polnischen Familienküche. Dann geht es weiter zu herzhaften Bigos mit lokalem Bier, gefolgt von einem frischen Pączek (polnischer Donut) aus einer beliebten Nachbarschaftsbäckerei, einem klassischen polnischen Dessert und schließlich einem Toast mit aromatisiertem Wodka, um die Dinge mit echtem lokalen Geist zu verpacken. Jede Haltestelle bietet eine tiefere Verbindung zur Geschichte, Aromen und dem Alltag Warschaus. Unsere Essenstour beginnt in einer legendären Milchbar, einer Art Cafeteria, die aus der Warschauer Kommunistenzeit stammt. Diese Orte waren einst staatlich subventionierte Kantinen, und heute werden sie von Einheimischen wegen ihres nostalgischen Charmes und ihrer ehrlichen polnischen Küche geliebt. Bei unserem ersten Halt werden Sie authentische Pierogi probieren – Polens berühmte gefüllte Knödel – genau wie Oma es immer gemacht hat. Wir schlürfen auch kompot, ein traditionelles hausgemachtes Fruchtgetränk, das an Orten wie diesem immer auf dem Tisch steht. Es ist süß, rot und voller Geschichte – genau wie die Bar selbst.
Als nächstes tauchen wir mit einer herzhaften Schüssel Bigos, auch bekannt als „Jägereintopf“, tiefer in polnisches Komfortessen ein. Dieses reichhaltige, langsam gekochte Gericht kombiniert Sauerkraut, frischen Kohl, Fleisch und Gewürze zu etwas wirklich Unvergesslichem. Es ist ein wahrer Vorgeschmack auf Polens kulinarische Seele. Zum Abwasch kombinieren wir es mit einem lokalen polnischen Bier, perfekt gekühlt und voller Geschmack – ganz so, wie es die Einheimischen genießen.
Dann ist es Zeit für etwas Süßes – Polens berühmten Pączek, einen frittierten Donut mit Mehl und Rosenmarmelade oder anderen saisonalen Aromen. Wir probieren es in einer beliebten lokalen Bäckerei, wo sie frisch gemacht und absolut unwiderstehlich sind. Außen knusprig, innen weich und flauschig – das ist ein Muss für Einheimische!
Um eine süße Note zu behalten, probieren wir ein klassisches polnisches Dessert, das reichhaltig, tröstlich und voller Tradition ist. Ob es ein cremiger Sernik (polnischer Käsekuchen), eine zarte Makowiec (Mohnbrötchen) oder ein anderer lokaler Favorit ist, bei diesem Halt geht es darum, die süßere Seite der polnischen Küche zu genießen. Es ist die perfekte Art, die Aromen Warschaus zu verpacken.
Wir schließen das Erlebnis mit einem Toast ab – einem Schuss polnischen Wodka mit Geschmack, ein echter lokaler Favorit. Ob Kirsche, Haselnuss oder der ikonische żubrówka (bison Gras Wodka), dieses Getränk ist ein stolzer Teil der polnischen Kultur und die perfekte Art, na zdrowie zu sagen! (Jubel!) mit neuen Freunden.

We enjoyed an evening of trying a variety of Polish food and drinks and pastry. Our host Peter was engaging and friendly, sharing his personal story and explaining the different foods. Although we enjoyed the evening, cost of food/tour seemed a little high for the foods we tasted.

Great way to experience a new city. A bit of walking, a bit of history and plenty of yummy food and drinks. I was lucky enough to not only have the tour operator Juan as my guide, but I was also the only person on the tour due to some late cancellations. Juan was warm and friendly and is very passionate about making sure people have a great time on his tours. All 5 stops offered a different type of local delicacy which were all delicious 😋 Make sure you arrive hungry, as you’ll definitely be full and satisfied by the end of the tour. Great experience tasting the local cuisine! Juan provided the background to the foods and where the locals go for their favorites! Enjoyed the variety of food and the vodka at the end. Would definitely recommend if visiting Warsaw!

Visiting a traditional milk bar was amazing, after we went to different places, and the experience was made even better by a pretty cool guide!

In Warsaw we tasted pierogi, paczek, bigos and other local dishes. Everything was very rich and traditional. The bigos was especially good. It was a great experience and we left very happy and full.
A perfect way to experience Warsaw! We tried the traditional bigos (hunter's stew) and it was full of flavor. The pierogi were fresh and the zapiekanki was a great local snack, we años has other stops with tasty food . The vodka tasting was excellent and our guide made everything very easy. 5 stars for the food and the vibe!
