Great experience with perfect organization. After our arrival in Kathmandu we were received very friendly. Bimal and Hari took a lot of time, showed us the city and gave helpful tips. Also during the tour our guide Bimal put a lot of effort into it, explained many things to us and was always for a fun to have. A special highlight was the subsequent invitation to the residences of Hari and Bimal with guided city tours and tasting of many local dishes at your home. So you could get great insights into life. I have always felt safe on the tour and I am really grateful for the great time. If I come back to Nepal, I will definitely contact the guys.
I would give 6 stars if possible. After we arrived in Kathmandu (and one day before the actual adventure was about to start), Hari and Bimal came to our hotel and we got to know each other. I had to buy some minor equipment for the trekking and they showed us some hidden places to get exactly the things needed for reasonable prices. For the trekking itself, Bimal was our guide (I travelled with a good friend). He was doing an amazing job, answered many questions, never ran out of patience, was very empathetic and had many secret tips for us to make the trip even greater. Bimal is a fun guy and very responsible at the same time. He was a key part of our incredibly wonderful holiday. After 12 days, when we were back in Kathmandu, Hari and Bimal offered to show their home towns to us. We got to know their communities and family which was an extra nice addition to the overall trip. I could not wished for a better experience, really happy to have done the trip with them. Can only recommend! … And when I‘ll come back to another Nepali mountain adventure, these are the guys to be with again.
Thank you Florian and Marco, we equally enjoyed organizing this trip for you. We will always work with the same passion and dedication .
From the day we landed lukla, Nir Kumar karki sir was with us through out the journey motivating and helping us understanding the nature of the terrain. It helped us to understand the Himalayas and understand the sherpas way of life. The motivation also help us to reach our dream EBC with ease ☺️ Thanks for providing us an unforgettable life time experience.
We had booked EBC trek with Bikat Adventures, coordination from Bikat was poor. They had outsourced trek to Nepal Trek Ways. Once we landed to Lukla, we met our guide Mr. Nir Kumar Karki then trek was absolutely smooth. Mr. Nir Kuma Karki was always smiling and guiding in overcoming challenges of difficult trek. Our porters Mr. Premji and Mr. Gebin were also helpful. If you are planning to do trek in Nepal, get directly in touch with Nepal Trek Ways.
