Tour didn't happen. I had to message them on the day of the tour for them to tell me it was not happening and to cancel. Called Viator and was refunded. From the pictures I figured it was a hike to Cerro de la Z. I went on the hike myself and there were lots of people on the trail. Save yourself some money and do it yourself

The experience, or tour, was not done the day before, the person who contacted the Enterprise asked me to cancel for bad weather, which I understand, but if it's because of a technical problem, and NOT because of my decision, I wouldn't have to cancel, the day of the experience I showed up at the place and obviously, as you had already told me, it would be canceled. The one that the agent asked me to cancel the experience, is. A lack of professionalism, which makes the page look bad and speaks about the informality of providers.

We booked weeks in advance but were almost forgotten. After waiting near the marina as instructed with no word from the provider, I had to contact Viator to get the tour operator’s WhatsApp. Thankfully, one of our group spoke fluent Spanish and was able to get us assigned a guide—turns out we weren’t even scheduled. There was also back-and-forth over paying for transportation to the trailhead, which can be reached on your own. Signal is weak in the area, so if you're Ubering, prepare for a walk unless your driver stays. Despite the rocky start, the views were stunning—resorts, the marina, and even the observatory. We hiked mid-afternoon, but it would be spectacular early morning or at actual sunset. The guide apologized, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. If not for our Spanish speaker, this could’ve been a disaster. That said, the hike itself was well worth it.

If you’re looking for an off-the-beaten-path adventure in Cabo, this primitive hike is a game-changer. Led by the owner of a local dog training camp (who’s as passionate about nature as he is about dogs), the experience is authentic, challenging, and unforgettable. The hike itself is strenuous, so come prepared — sturdy shoes, water, and a sense of adventure are a must. The payoff? Absolutely breathtaking views of the iconic Cabo Arch, the ocean, and the city sprawled below. It’s raw, rugged, and completely worth the effort. What makes this extra special is the guide’s knowledge of the terrain, local wildlife, and his grounded, no-frills approach to the outdoors. No touristy fluff — just pure nature, sweat, and some jaw-dropping scenery.

Adrian did exactly what was advertised. Accompanying two 60year old women, making it fun, stopped when needed, and then we viewed the city as well as the sunset before coming down.
