A delay of “more than a half hour” is not typical for this product, and we have no operational note indicating a late start of that length on the departure in question. That said, we recognize that busy city conditions and meeting-point confusion can sometimes affect perception of timing, and we regret that the start did not feel smooth from your side. Regarding the commentary: our guides follow a structured route and script built around Curaçao’s major historical periods, landmarks, and cultural context. Online sources often contain simplified, conflicting, or incomplete information—especially around local history—so “verification” can vary depending on what sites are consulted. If there is specific information you believe was inaccurate, we would welcome the detail so we can validate it internally and correct it if needed. We do appreciate your note that the guide was polite and spoke English well.
