I had an absolutely amazing experience with PH Canyoneering. It would’ve been nothing without our guides Gerald and Levi, who literally held our hands for every step of the way, always alert and watching out for us. We went as a couple and we didn’t have to ask our guides even once to click pictures and videos for us. They did it without fail every time. I felt like you need to be fit to do such an activity and also have proper shoes. If you don’t, then no worries, they provide you a pair for free. All in all, one of the best adventurous experiences I’ve ever had and I would 100% recommend it, along with the guides we had, Gerald and Levi.

This is my 5th trip to the Philippines over the past 7 years and I have done many activities in Cebu, Boracay, and Palawan. The Whale Shark and Kawasan Canyoneering with PH Kawasan Canyoneering is hands down the best I have been on. Our driver Ryan picked us up in Mactan and got us to the Whale Shark activity in great time and also got us home that evening after a very long day of fun and adventure even with the crazy Cebu traffic. Thank you Ryan! The Whale Sharks are a must see. Truly magnificent creatures up close, words cannot even describe it. Multiple times they swam up around me and even brushed up against me. I was so close to even look into their eyes!Next up was Kawasan Canyoneering. We started out at the absolutely beautiful home of the owners and enjoyed a big delicious lunch while having a chat with one of the owners. Such a beautiful place to call home and everyone there was so welcoming and kind. Next up we got geared up and headed to Kawasan Falls. I have done this trip before but with another company. This company, PH Kawasan Canyoneering, completely blew away our expectations and without a doubt we will be booking with them again. Our guides Jason and Xavier were the best. Jason led the way helping my wife the whole time making sure she was safe and myself and Xavier chatted it up like old buddies! Both extremely helpful, kind, and truly made this experience one that we will never forget. Also, Xavier is a master photographer!! The pictures and videos he took with my personal phone are beyond what we ever could have expected. Thank you Xavier so much for capturing these memories for us. Just as we finished it started to rain quite hard, so next up was the Sardine Run and Turtles. We attempted it but by then the waves were quite big and honestly we were exhausted at this point. We were already extremely happy and were ready to get back to the hotel! So for anyone looking for an adventure, this is a must book activity with a 5 star company that you will not regret. My only suggestion would be to stay in Badian/Moalboal for the night as the 3 hour trip to and from Mactan is quite long especially after the activities are finished, not to mention having to get up at 2am to arrive early. Breathtaking adventure. Spotting the whale sharks was absolutely amazing. The canyoneering was next level as well. Overall the trip was one of our favorites.

We choose not to participate in the whale shark activity after seeing that they were trapped in a netted off area near the shore. Felt like we were just visiting a zoo. Also there were crazy amounts of people there with about 10-12 eight person boats out snorkeling at a time. Seemed like it would be very stressful for the animals. We also read reviews about how crazy crowded the canyoneering and waterfall tour was likely to be and how poor the sardine run is in the afternoon due to poor visibility and decided to skip the whole tour altogether. Our driver was friendly and accommodated our request without much hesitation. The whaleshark guide met us and basically told us to stand in line, then took us where we needed to go and got things in order, but without much explanation of what was going on. He felt very bad that he could not give us a refund for the skipped excursion. Nothing about this tour seems very natural.

This tour exceeded all of our expectations and more, and was also very reasonably priced. We joined them for their Oslob whale shark / Kawasan Canyoneering / Moalboal snorkelling tour. Throughout the tour, we were well taken care of by our driver Catherine who was endlessly patient, taking us safely from spot to spot despite the long hours of driving and less than ideal road conditions. Our two guides at Kawasan Remuel and James were also incredible - very fun personalities who guided us through the gorgeous waterfalls and putting in their maximum effort to help us take the best photos and videos. The whale sharks and the Canyoneering were both unforgettable experiences and the sardine run and turtles at Moalboal were also beautiful. 100% recommended but would recommend staying further down south Cebu island instead of staying in Mactan if you want to avoid the longer hours of travel from Cebu to where the attractions were located.

We started the day off with our ride with Ryan at exactly 4 am on the dot when they said they'd come get us! Off to a great start. Then we went to see the whale sharks which was very cool but a bit chaotic. Then we went to Kawasan falls and had the absolute best time of our lives adventuring and joking around with our guides. We started with a motorcycle ride to the zipline and got some awesome views from that. Then for canyoneering, we were a group of 4 and we had 4 guides for our group that always made us feel safe, taken care of, and heavily instagram photo ready. These guys are so funny and take some really good pictures and videos. Canyoneering was such an adventure of a lifetime. Definitely requires you to be in good enough shape because it is a long adventure, but every second of it is worth it. Things ran a bit long in Kawasan falls, but we never felt rushed or pressured. Then we got to lunch at the owners house and the food was spectacular. One of our group couldn't eat chicken or fish and they were nice enough to accommodate that! By that time the day had gotten really late, so we tried our best to make it to Sardines, but when we got there the conditions weren't the best and we ended up heading home after that. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better trip and if you're considering these people for this activity, do it.

Great experience! It was everything we wanted. Super fun packed day. Catherine was our personal driver for the whole day - really lovely. You spend a decent amount of time in the car. As for the experiences, really amazing. There were plenty of whale sharks. It was touristy of course but the sharks didn’t seem to mind being there. Recommend bringing a go pro or renting one (550 pesos - the diver will be your personal photographer) and maybe hiring flippers but goggles and life vest are provided (if desired). Canyoning was good with Sanjet and Jason guiding each of us. Easy experience with lots of photography (make space in your camera roll). The lunch was nice and the people were lovely. We got to see a turtle in the wild, which was a first and lots of sardines to end the day. Overall good value for money!

If you want to experience the top 3 highlights of Cebu this is the tour to take! From swimming directly with amazing whale sharks in Oslob to canyoneering the turquoise Kawasan Falls in Badian to the breathtaking sardine run (and sea turtles!!) in Moalboal, this tour was unforgettable! Ryan was my driver and was super attentive and got me to each location safely and in record time, and Dwinz was my tour guide for Kawasan Falls and took the best photos imaginable while insuring we ventured safely and adventurously through the canyon, and the owner of the company was very sweet and had a huge authentic Filipino lunch waiting for me once I reached their base! I’m telling you guys, if you’re looking for the ultimate Cebu experience this is the one to go with! Have fun!!

We went on a Kawasan Falls canyoneering tour with these guys. We stayed at Moalboal and had our own car so we didn't ask for the pickup. Their office was easy to find based on the instructions. We started around 7.30 am and were back by 1 pm. This tour was the highlight of our 2 weeks at the Philippines! We booked a private tour for our family of 4 and we got 4 guides. Eric, Jarson, Danilo and Sanjet were the best guides we could wish for. We could tell from the first moment we met that we were going to have a great time with them. They took very good care of us, making sure we were safe all the time. They were funny and entertaining as well. They didn't get tired of our 10 years old daughter who wanted to jump several times and swing even more. They took us behind the waterfall which was the best experience (after the big jump). We didn't bring a camera or phone with us and they asked one of their friends to take some pictures and send them afterwards. After the tour we got a delicious lunch at their office, it was the perfect ending of our trip. The canyon is really beautiful, the zipline at the beginning was also fun and the motor ride to get there was even more fun 😁 You don't need to bring anything with you (beside your camera), you can get drinks and even basic food along the way and pay after you got back. If you are thinking about doing the canyoneering, book these guys! You won't regret it!

They were very welcoming and friendly. Picked us up on time and made it really fun. The guides were excellent and the lunch was so good!!
