The ride was good the truth, everything excellent, the attention of the guide was very good, the only thing that made me feel uncomfortable is that in the end they hinted at us tip, which made me feel uncomfortable since the ride is not cheap at all and giving him the tip that was probably less than I expected I received a gesture of nonconformity, I did the ride on March 12, 2026, and it is day that they do not send me the photographs that they promised, and that are included in their services, I did not want to make a bad review because I expected to be stirred, but enough was enough. Just keep in mind that the platform doesn’t help at all so you can request help or a partial refund, and the provider simply plays the indifferent

Excellent tour, both boat operator and guide very attentive, friendly. The Zodiac boat very comfortable, and we were given a tour of 10. I highly recommend them.

We had a great whale watching outing with our family with daughters 8 and 6. It was the tail end of whale watching season (mid April) so I was concerned we would not find any whales. However, we were able to find a mama and baby whale along the coast halfway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo and we trailed them at a distance for about an hour. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative about whales and their habits and migratory patterns etc. The boat is also pretty small so it felt like a more intimate experience and up and close with the whales. I think because it was the tail end of the season we lucked out to basically have a private tour for our family, which was great. That said, the boat ride was maybe a little bumpy at points when it was at high speed, but we all took Dramamine beforehand so we were good. The guide took a bunch of photos during the tour and promptly emailed them, which was great because they were so much better than what I caught with my iPhone since his camera had a huge telescopic lens.

Went on the whale watch this morning at 9:00am. Great to get out there before it gets too hot. Our guides did a fantastic job. I'm sorry that I don't remember the names but we have a photo. The tour was beautiful, exciting, educational and fun.... all rolled into one. We saw whales, dolphins and sea lions. I would highly recommend this group if you are going to whale watch.

This was such a great day! We saw several whales and learned so much about whales and marine life in the area and the zodiac was fun!

We waited for this experience for 3 hrs and only got a cancellation advise after 3 hrs of waiting, Very poor customer service both by Viator and provider. You ruined my vacation

Easy meeting spot, comfortable boat and knowledgeable guides. We lucked out and spotted a pod of False Killer Whales as well as Humpback.

Pepe was a very knowledgeable guide and we had such wonderful luck to see pods of whales… many. Several breaches very close. All in all a very memorable day. Use those company!!!!

Went with my family and we had an amazing experience. We saw tons of whales, full breaches, etc. Our guide, Pepe, was excellent. Very passionate about whales and shared so much great info about them. We even saw the cutest sea turtle up close. Highly recommend!
