We had a lovely time aboard the whale watching tour - the guides were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I think it was great that they provided guests with the opportunity to purchase travacalm prior to leaving to try combat the motion sickness and they were empathetic to those who were overcome by it. We only had one whale for our sighting but they still made it extremely special for us - ensuring the boat was moved to the direction the what was at and always giving us directions on where to look. We would absolutely recommend and book again.

Wayne and the crew were exceptional. I was in the captains lounge the girl ( I forgot her name) was excellent as I was feeling really sick. So many whales were seen. I did the tour on Tuesday 23rd at 9:00am

We were lucky enough to see a good number of whales, and dolphins were a bonus. Tour operators were friendly, informative, and professional. Good value too. I highly recommend this tour.

My husband Nick and I had an amazing trip today thanks to Dani, Captain Wayne and the entire crew. We upgraded to the VIP tickets and were so glad we did. We were so comfortable for the trip in the Captain’s cabin and Nick even got to steer the boat! We saw so many beautiful humpbacks making their way north. It was absolutely breathtaking and worth every penny! We purchased the photo pack knowing that the money goes to the amazing work that the Sea World team do rescuing marine wildlife. We will be back in September in the hope we might catch some of the calves who have been born around this time. Captain Wayne spent a bit of extra time out on the water than he was meant to which we were so grateful for. We had more time than we should have had. Dani was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions and provided so much information where needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an amazing experience with these stunning creatures and all supported by a fantastic team who’ll make sure you have the best time. Thank you so much. It's amazing. It was a boat trip in the rough surf, like no other attraction! The whales looked perfect, too, and it was great! But the board was rocking, and some of them were down with seasickness!

It was great to meet whales. We saw two: mum and child. Unfortunately nobody can guarantee that you meet whales. But still you may ask staff for the best season to visit. The boat was comfortable and big however, you should take seasickness pills. The cruise was too long, after an hour and a haalf you can get bored. I didn't like the part before getting aboard when the staff insisted on taking a photo for all guests that they will try to sell you after the trip.

Not honest about the possibility to see whales. Had three days of touring without whales, and all we godt back was a return ticket to next year… and they are flashing 100% possibility. Dishonest and expensive.
