Ihre Tour beginnt mit dem Einsteigen in ein komfortables und hochwertiges Boot vom Hafen von Playa de San Juan. An diesem Punkt fahren wir zu einem besonderen Naturschutzgebiet "Whale Sanctuary". Hier beginnen wir mit der Suche nach Walen, Delfinen und der gesamten Meeresfauna Teneriffas, wie Schildkröten, fliegenden Fischen und mehr. Wir nehmen Kurs auf die Cliffs of the Giants, wo sich senkrechte Felswände erheben, die aus einer Höhe von etwa 600 Metern ins Meer stürzen. Wir können ein entspannendes Bad oder Schnorcheln in der Bucht von Masca genießen und dann typische und frische Produkte des Tages mit Getränken und Obst genießen. Dann kehren wir entlang der Küste zurück, um die vulkanischen Formationen der Küste zu visualisieren und beeindruckende und magische Ecken der Insel Teneriffa zu entdecken, während unser Kapitän und lokaler Führer uns einen interessanten Vortrag über Vulkanologie, Walmeteorologie und wissenschaftliche Informationen halten.

I booked this tour expecting a small group, more exclusive experience. Instead, there were 12 passengers packed into a worn, aging boat with very little personal space. It felt more like being packed in like sardines than the intimate excursion the listing led me to expect. (Tripadvisor) The itinerary itself was fairly basic. We traveled about 5 km offshore, then headed to the coast for a swim and a simple lunch of sandwiches before returning to the harbor. If that’s what you’re looking for, it may be fine, but it was not the premium small group experience I expected. My biggest concern was the operation of the boat. As we departed the dock, the captain forgot to untie one of the mooring lines. The rope snapped as the boat pulled away, which was unsettling and did not inspire confidence. Later during the trip, the captain left the helm two or three times while the boat was still moving. There were no nearby boats at the time, but it still seemed unprofessional and raised questions about safety. It also felt like a tour of this type should have had a second crew member on board. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations. Between the overcrowded conditions, the condition of the boat, and the concerns I had about how it was operated, I cannot recommend this tour. There are many whale and dolphin excursions in Tenerife, and I would suggest looking at other options before booking this one.

Nos gustaría aclarar algunos aspectos para ofrecer contexto a quienes lean esta reseña. Nuestra excursión se realiza siempre en grupos reducidos en comparación con la mayoría de las embarcaciones que realizan esta actividad en Tenerife, muchas de las cuales navegan con 50, 100 o incluso más de 200 pasajeros. Por ese motivo hablamos de grupos reducidos. El día de su salida coincidió con una fecha de alta demanda y la embarcación estaba completa, algo que puede ocurrir en determinadas épocas del año, pero seguimos ofreciendo una experiencia mucho más personalizada que la de los barcos de gran capacidad. Para quienes buscan una experiencia completamente exclusiva, también ofrecemos excursiones privadas, en las que pueden disfrutar de la embarcación de forma exclusiva junto a sus acompañantes. En cuanto a la maniobra de salida del puerto, es cierto que se produjo un error puntual con un cabo de amarre. Afortunadamente, fue un incidente sin ninguna consecuencia para los pasajeros ni para la embarcación. Nuestro capitán cuenta con muchos años de experiencia profesional en el mar y, aunque nadie está exento de cometer un error humano, en ningún momento se comprometió la seguridad de la excursión. Respecto a la navegación, queremos transmitir tranquilidad a quienes lean esta reseña. La seguridad de nuestros pasajeros es siempre nuestra máxima prioridad y todas las maniobras se realizan conforme a criterios de seguridad y a la amplia experiencia de nuestro capitán. También nos gustaría señalar que, aunque respetamos plenamente su opinión, fue una percepción que no compartieron el resto de los pasajeros que participaron en esa misma excursión, quienes nos hicieron llegar valoraciones muy positivas sobre la experiencia. Lamentamos que el recorrido y el formato de la excursión no fueran lo que esperaba. Agradecemos sus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando, y le deseamos lo mejor en sus futuros viajes.

Captain Havier very kind and hospitable, the same for Francesca. Unforgettable 4-hour boat ride, with the finale of a breathtaking sunset. We saw a lot of whales and family of dolphins even a turtle. Snorkeling for those who wanted and Snack included in the ticket.

Excellent outing despite the well-formed sea. The boat is very comfortable and efficient but especially the Captain very good navigator. He shared with us his passion and knowledge of the marine world. Complete exit, saw whales, turtles, had a pleasant little snack and enjoyed a small bath with masks and snorkels.. We will certainly renew this exit when we return. A big thank you to Francesca who is very friendly and to the Captain.

Beautiful boat ride of 3 hours. The captain is very nice and made us feel really comfortable! We saw a lot of whales and even a turtle. Snack included in the ticket. Experience highly recommended!
