Unique experience - always love and fascinated with behind the scene work. Staff was attentive and fun, good interaction between the guests too. Crowd size was enough and not too big. Best for everyone who love and curious about what is behind the movie things.
Such a great tour. Our guide (Adam) shared lots of insights and info during our encounter, along with plenty of humour. We loved the hands-on opportunities and found the whole tour an excellent mix of experiences.
Great displays and will need to do it twice to take in full experience. I have not seen the L OTR films and I had a great appreciation of the work put in and have now started the catch up work for watching the trilogy. So good. What can be done no matter who you are is so inspiring to give anything a chance.

My mum and I found the tour very interesting and the staff were very funny and helpful espically the tour lady who went around with us. There was only 4 in our group which made it special.

Unsure beginning when told short staffed and tour guide filling in but found Anna did a great job. The scary bit in the middle a bit lame. Enjoyed the last 2 rooms most of all, oh and great gift shop!

Went to Weka Workshop, was absolutely amazing will definitely go again. We had an amazing Tour Guide Emma. She was very polite, definitely recommend going near evening, as less people. Gift shop was amazing, massive dragon statue, where you can take photos (gift shop) don't be shy to ask to get a fake sword at the counter for photos. Very interactive, 3 movie sets, Fauna horror, Everclan fantasy, and Origins sci fi. Fauna is not great for little kids as has some realistic animatronics, but Everclan has a really good set. Heaps of interactive stuff including : Leather printing, tinfoil sculpting, draw a Dino (on a whiteboard), tracing, and A LOT of places to take great photos.
