Reiseverlauf

Our guide was really friendly and helpful, we learnt a lot about the desert and saw an oasis and had a lovely lunch.
We had a wonderful trip to the desert with Khalid. Awesome landscape, a lot of Information about the culture of Oman and very friendly and funny Company.
We had a pleasant day with the guide Khalid that we recommend 100%. He is very cheerful , helpful and has a lot of knowledge. This afternoon was full of emotions Thank you.
Excellent experience with Tahar, who explained over the whole trip culture of dessert ! Tahar speaks perfectly French, which is really unexpected for us !
Had Tahar as a guide. Tahar was very friendly and especially very nice to our daughter. Despite Ramadan we could eat in the car. He showed us the area and gave us good insights into the culture.
It is one of its kind compared to other desert attractions in the Middle East. The photographic landscapes in Wahiba Desert are noticeably larger than others, and you'll get to experience coffee and dates with the Bedouin tribe. On another note, Wadi Bani Khalid feels like a totally refreshing oasis—yup, it's real, not a fata morgana (if you know what I mean...). My only disappointment would be how fast the free time goes at Wadi Bani Khalid—only 45-60 minutes. A little unjust compared to the 2-hour drive each way (from and to Muscat). That said, my family and I are super satisfied with the experience. And two thumbs up for our guide, Yaqoob! Definitely coming back for more adventures in Muscat soon.
Tahar who was our Guide was exceptional thank you 😊 🙏🏼❤️ The trip was fantastic! Tahar was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience both fun and memorable. his excellent driving skills on the sand dunes was a treat added to the overall enjoyment.
It started at Wadi Baby Kaled. A nice wadi, you should avoid the week of the national holiday (18th Nov) if you like it quieter. And then we went to the desert camp (Deșert Night Camp). Extremely comfortable for desert conditions. There's something for everyone: dromedaries, crazy trike rides, sunsets from the dune... We also took a balloon ride into the sunrise. Were a bit skeptical at first because we are afraid of heights, but was not a problem. We were most lucky with our guide -Tahir- was originally recommended by the hotel. It also went through the sucs of Muscat. You don't want to stop...
Today was really special. Our legendary guide Sameer drove us to the desert where we were welcomed by a charming Bedouin family. They furnished us with coffee and dates, followed by a short camel trek, and my wife indulged in some traditional henna which turned out brilliantly. After the desert we went to our second Wadi, which we both loved and which included pools deep inside a cave. Again a spectacular day with great memories made, and our trusty guide never failing to capture them through his excellent photography skills.
A very professional, attentive and friendly guide Tahar was accidentally found on the way to the Omani desert and oasis. Along the way, we are introduced to Oman's customs and habits and told interesting stories that take good care of everyone's needs. I really recommend him to all my friends who want to go to Oman! 👍👍👍
