chaotic but with cultural aspects and very valid services. city that offers so much. you should live it. we just had a taste of three days

Disappointed, the guide doesn't entertain, we feel demotivated. We weren't told what we had to wear to go up to the Mount of Christ and then we were forbidden to visit. 80% of the seafront is under reconstruction and there was only a small part to explore and there were no chairs to sit on without having to pay extra. The guide, instead of offering another option to compensate for the visit of Christ, asked us where we wanted to go. If I had done some research beforehand, I would have gone on my own and not paid a very high price to do nothing. I did other research on the same tour and the price was half as much and much more explanatory. How can you bathe in the sea if there's no place to wash up after the beach, no toilet and no towels. It's a shame

My friend and I went with Danny! The tour was amazing and he gave us so much information as we drove there from Ho Chi Minh and explored Vung Tau.

This was our first private tour and we had a great time! It was so great to have a day of sightseeing without having to worry about transportation or itinerary. The length of the tour was perfect with the perfect number of stops, all interesting and beautiful. I loved climbing the 900 steps to see the Jesus statue! It was great to have some time to swim at the beach and the lunch was delicious. Danny was super friendly and helpful and I appreciate all of his knowledge about the history of the area. I highly recommend this tour and would definitely do it again!

Ching our guide and tai our driver were awesome. We got to see the pagodas, light house, statue of Jesus before we had a lovely lunch which had a good variety and was fresh. We visited the lovely back beach before heading home. Ching explained the sites visited and answered all our questions. If your looking for a full day tour away from the hustle and bustle book this tour, I highly recommend it and it is great value for money. Best and most informative tour we have had yet.

I don't speak any Vietnamese and this was my first day in the city. I did not feel at all confident venturing out without a translator. The price per person is based on how many are in your group, since the vehicle is a minivan. So, I paid $149. Had there been at least one other person, it would have been $87/per person. So, not very economical for one. However, I really did not have time to make other arrangements, so this worked out well for me! The driving trip was approximately 2 hours to and 2 hours from Ho Chi Minh City. My guide was Harley Nguyen and she was VERY receptive to anything that I wanted. A couple of things that did not go as expected for me that I could've controlled: I was not taken to the "Front Beach," which apparently is beautiful. I went to the back beach, which is where the locals go. However, it was fun to see and be surrounded by just average people. My guide and I sat under an umbrella and I had a bottled Diet Coke (which I felt safe choosing). I could've requested another beach. The other thing was that they took me to a very nice Vietnamese seaside restaurant. I had a window seat and felt like royalty. However, my guide and driver were not allowed to eat with me. I was served BEAUTIFUL dishes, but didn't have a clue what to eat with what or dip in what. I don't mind eating alone, but I usually bring along a book. EVERY person but me (caucasian) in the restaurant was Asian/Vietnamese and appeared to be enjoying EVERY bite!

Vung Tau is nice place to go if you want a get way from hustle and bustle of city life. Very nice place and I love the sandy beach. The food is good and our tour guide Jaho Yego is amazingly good with his job. He always come on time, greet us with a smile and very friendly
