Our company received a regular and valid reservation for our tour in Tropea, Italy. The tour was confirmed and operated exactly as advertised. No error was made by our company at any stage of the booking or tour operation. A few hours before departure, as we always do with our guests, we contacted you to provide the boarding details and meeting point. It was only at that moment that you informed us that you believed you had booked an activity in Saint-Tropez, France. Until then, we had no indication that there was any issue with your reservation. If you believe that Viator or Tripadvisor displayed our activity incorrectly or that their search algorithm led to confusion, this is a matter that should be addressed directly with Viator or Tripadvisor. Our company cannot be held responsible for a booking platform's search results or algorithms. We simply received the reservation that was placed, reserved the requested places on board, organized the tour accordingly, and contacted you to provide all necessary boarding information. Unfortunately, by the time you notified us of the issue, the departure was only a few hours away (4-5 hours) and The 5 seats had already been reserved exclusively for your group, making it impossible for us to resell them at such short notice. We would also like to point out that you did not participate in the tour and therefore did not experience our boat, our crew, our service, or the experience we provide to our guests every day.
