We had booked shared transport but because there were no other no other travelers got a private driver with car. Pick up at Romana cafe at GRU airport was on time. Driven to Paraty with stopover in 4.5 hours. Beautiful ride!
We would not recommend this service and the reasoning you can read about of our experience below: The vehicle for transport was way smaller than what we expected. We got crammed 4 people into a station car, where we had to sit jammed together for 4-5 hours. For the price paid, I did not expect it to be this bad in terms on comfort. The driver Sandro was great, he is a good guy and a happy person and drove really well so nothing on his part. But cramming 4 people into a tiny car with luggage and no space to enjoy the ride really ruined the journey. And also wasting 40 minutes in the sao Paolo airport parking lot also did not start off the journey well. The driver should have accepted that his ticket didn’t work after trying two exits, but instead kept circling around for 40 minutes, in the end he got out and bought a new ticket, which should have been a solution to apply way sooner, it’s just a waste of everyone’s time.

Super quiet trip. The driver (Ronaldo) is a great person, with nice conversation, excellent direction, very patient with traffic. Very kind. He called the guesthouse where I stayed to request that I be received with a rain guard because it was raining.

From the contracting of the services until the day of boarding we were very well served. All questions and changes we made were promptly answered and guided by agency staff. We did the Jeep Tour, Waterfalls, Waterfalls and Trinity. Guides guided all the details, care and even fun stories.

The driver was very good and safety for us travel from Gru airport to Paraty Rj. But need improve how meet in airport. We been lost to meet up over 40 mins.

Very serious and professional agency, they greatly helped us during our departure from GRU sao paulo airport for transfer to Paraty. Indeed, the ticket sales site did not have the correct address for the pick-up point by the driver, unable to find the place. Solange from Paraty tours, contacted by WhatsApp gave us the right information and contacted the driver to warn him of our difficulties. Since then we have booked other services with them.
