From pickup to drop off couldn’t fault this service. The ferry ride was comfortable with free coffee and biscuits and the highlight was the scenic tour of island before drop off.

The Phuket-Phi Phi island ferry was comfortable and roomy. Check in was easy, best to arrive 15-20 minutes early to avoid last minute rush. 3 decks to provide choices in seating and a small convenience shop to purchase snacks and drinks. Highly recommended.

This is a fraud ring. My personal experience was very bad, as evidenced by the graphic, which can be found in my little red book. I booked this cruise to Phi Phi Island before I set out, thinking about having fun with my kids, and I read all the rules before booking. Inside and the confirmation was not written to make it clear that the afternoon boat was one way, but required a night's stay and no way back. The hotel was also picked up one way and not returned to the hotel. I was informed of these queries by staff upon arrival at the docks. And the staff say I'm not the first to be cheated, already a lot. I have also complained about going to agoda, intending to go to Thailand Tourism Board, Thai Embassy, Thai Consumer Bureau etc., also have all the certificates etc. Don't be fooled again ⚠⚠⚠⚠⚠⚸ Please stay away from this tourist attraction, all the T&Cs in Agoda don't clearly list it as a one-way ticket 🎫 and only one trip to the pickup hotel. The worst tour of my life! I would call this travel agency fraudulent. They are not fulfilling their obligations. They bring tourists to the island and leave them to their fate. The worst thing is that requests for help are not answered, let alone refunded for services not provided. Take care of yourself from these scammers, and don't fall for their low-priced tricks.

The pickup driver was a little late but other than that it was smooth. The ferry was nice. It had three levels, restrooms and an area to buy snacks. One thing I didn’t realize was how long the ride was… expect about 2hours. So if booking other tours, keep that in mind.

I misunderstood this activity but got to have an adventure on its own. I do think it’s better to sit outside than inside as the AC and the motion on the boat does not go well. There are plastic bags behind the sit should you need to (out through the mouth). Overall it was a pleasant experience going, coming back not so much but this was dude to inconsiderate young boys.

The shuttle pick up service for the price is honestly a great deal. I got picked up from my hotel and dropped off to my hotel all for under the price of C$25 each person. Not only was the staff amazing but they also provided lots of water and at the end of the experience on the cruise back they provided free watermelon.

We were not provided the pick up transfer as promised. We provided our hotel information which was in the area aloud for a pick up. We were told by email that we needed to meet at the dock with no mention of the pick up transfer we paid for. We had to pay for a taxi to get to the designated dock.

The service was very sufficient to get us to Ko Phi Phi Don from Phuket. I am sure this option is VERY safe. I did not realize it was going to be such a large boat, and it was very full. I did not shop too much to understand if it was a good price versus other options. I can say nothing bad about the service it was more than adequate. However, when I make the trip the next time, I will probably look for an option with fewer people and a smaller boat.

The Ferry was clean and comfortable but the delay in leaving was unbearable, just sitting in the cabin for an hour before leaving was for me not acceptable.
