I definitely recommend visiting Pamukkale—it's a stunning place and absolutely worth seeing. However, I wouldn't recommend this particular tour. A large part of the day was spent at tourist traps that had nothing to do with why we booked the excursion. We were taken to an onyx factory where we were encouraged to buy jewelry, and to a cherry and pomegranate liqueur tasting, which felt more like sales stops than part of the experience. That time would have been much better spent exploring Pamukkale itself. The guide was friendly, but unfortunately we learned more about her personal life than about the history and significance of Pamukkale. It was also difficult to hear her in the bus, so I left wishing I had learned much more about the site. We left Bodrum at 5:00 a.m. and returned around 8:00 p.m., yet we only had about 1.5 hours of actual free time at Pamukkale. For such a long day, that simply isn't worth it. The two shopping stops were unnecessary and significantly reduced the time we could have enjoyed at the main attraction. I was also concerned about the way the bus was driven. The drivers drove very aggressively and at times in a way that felt unsafe, which made the long journey even less enjoyable. If you want to visit Pamukkale, I highly recommend the destination—but I would choose a different tour that focuses on the site itself rather than shopping stops.

If you have the chance to visit Pamukkale and the ancient city of Hierapolis from your hotel, absolutely go for it — it’s a must‑do. We were picked up by our guide, Nur, who was outstanding. She’s one of those guides who makes history feel alive: knowledgeable, warm, engaging, and full of insider tips that make the day even more special. From the terraces to the ruins, everything was explained beautifully. An unforgettable experience and genuinely one of the highlights of our stay.
Thank you for your review. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
The Guide miss çoban was really good. She grew up in Pamukkale and told a lot about the history. It is a very long day, but I think its worth it. We got pick up by a driver at 3:45 in the Night. We then had breakfast, what was included (Simit with honey, creamcheese and stuff). Drinks were extra, but it was your own choice. We drove then to a factory that produces jewellery and stuff. We were then at Pamukkale, hieropolis and Kleopatra Pool. The entry is extra for Pamukkale 30€, for Kleopatra Pool 15€. After 3 hours we drove to a winetasting and after that we had lunch. I think the time at Pamukkale was too short. We missed the museum, because we ran out of time. I think it is a good choice to go with this tour, because you get many infos

Thank you for your review. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
Our guide was Nor, she was very friendly and helpful. Gave us good advice on how to go about our trip that worked out perfectly. There was no confusion about what was happening and she made an effort to translate as much as she could. However I feel like the price of cleopatras pool and entrance too pamukkale should be included in the ticket.
