Diese Tour zielt darauf ab, eine der ausländischen Seiten der imposanten Fälle zu erkunden. Die Gruppe geht weiter in Richtung der Argentinischen Wasserfälle und überquert die Grenze zwischen Brasilien und Argentinien über die Brücke Tancredo Neves, die am Fluss Iguaçu gebaut wurde. Besucher lernen eine Seite der Wasserfälle kennen, eines der berühmtesten Naturwunder der Welt. Der Besuch auf der argentinischen Seite hat einen vollständigen und didaktischeren Blick auf die Fälle. Ein besonderes Wahrzeichen ist die berühmte Teufelskehle, ein Highlight für diejenigen, die die Wasserfälle besuchen. Dies liegt daran, dass es der Fall mit dem größten Fluss der gesamten Region ist. Besucher können auch den oberen Rundweg mit Panoramablick auf die Wasserfälle oder den unteren Rundweg mit Gehwegen nehmen, die durch den Dschungel führen und direkten Kontakt zu einigen der Fälle ermöglichen.

Well organised. Company was proactive with their communication via WhatsApp and organised pickup time, what I needed to bring for the border crossing, and other advice the day before. On the day, our guide Junior was friendly and helpful. He kept the tour at a pace that took our entire group into account, which was impressive as we had a diverse range of fitness and interests. He spoke Spanish, English and Portuguese fluently. He was fairly knowledgeable about the falls and travelling within the region, and we appreciated chatting with him. Our driver Wagner was on time and professional.
We had a great time with a very funny and informative guide Valdomino. He tried to speak to everyone in their language. Sometimes we didn't understand but between us all we managed with translating for each other I would recommend this tour
Seeing the Falls from both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides on consecutive days gave us a complete perspective of their grandeur. Gisela, our guide, was very efficient with facilitating our border crossing and entrances. Her knowledge about the best viewing places and the wildlife were second to none. We saw coati, had a fabulous sighting of a pair of toucans and marvelled at the dusky swifts who only live in that part of the world. The sight and sound of the roaring Falls were spellbinding.
Do not use this company. On December 19, 2023, my parents went on the Iguazu Falls tour from Foz do Iguacu, Brazil, using this company. The driver they sent scammed my elderly parents, along with many others in the bus, out of an additional $10 USD per person by making them wait in the vehicle while he went to buy the park tickets. The stripped them of the opportunity to go buy the tickets themselves. This scam involved forcing my parents, along with others in the bus, to pay cash at an exchange rate of 175 Portugese Real, which works out to approximately $35 USD for each park ticket when it should have been around $25 USD. I asked this company four times for the name and phone number of the driver but they refuse to provide the information. Furthermore, the driver then made each person pay an additional 5 Reais on the way back, claiming it was to pay for some additional fee. Lastly, this booking was done for an 8 am tour departure. The company sent us an email stating 7:40 am, which was fine. However, the driver showed up at the hotel at 7:10 am while my mother was still eating breakfast telling her to get moving or he would leave them behind. This is the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with and even to this moment they refuse to provide the driver's information to us because are protecting his scam from the police. I petitioned Viator for a refund for at least one of the tickets but this company turned around and lied to them stating that my parents chose to do the conversion at a much higher market exchange rate with the driver. I hope others that were in the bus come forward.

The tour to Iguassu Falls from Foz do Iguaçu has the particularity of including the entrance to the park and for the purchase of the same there are two options, virtual purchase or in-person purchase. In the case of in-person purchase, the tour guide very kindly offers to make the purchase of the tickets, collecting the total money from each of the participants of the service in order to pay for the tickets at the same time. This way of proceeding is used to save time and to make the purchase in an organized way. It happens that the exchange rate used by the park must have a different rate than that of an exchange house. However, we understand that this detail may confuse and misinterpret the guide's purchase intention. On the other hand, the tour has a search service for passengers in shared category. The search depends on the number of hotels en route and in each one a small waiting time is estimated in case the passengers are not ready for the tour. We really apologize if you have not met your expectation of the pick up procedure of the tour. That is why we also offer a higher category service, which has reduced groups or even private service for those who do not want to share the service with other people, but with an additional cost. It was amazing and very beautiful. Wow! But if you don't go with the boat I'd recommand the brasilian side to watch the waterfalls. In my opinion there's a better view there.
