Amazing staff. Great service. The room on the cruise was fantastic. Definitely beyond satisfied. The cruise manage, Bruce Lee was very professional and that goes for the rest of the staff

I spent 3 days and 2 idyllic nights. The services were of high quality (boat, hotel, food) and the program well thought out to allow us to see the essentials in a short time but without the impression of speeder. I particularly loved the kayaking activity in Halong Bay and the sampan ride in Tam Coc. I traveled alone. The manager of the agency (Mr NGUYEN) was, to my surprise, at the small care to make my stay memorable by providing me with the most beautiful rooms, answering the least of my questions by whatsapp and above all by having readjusted the program, last minute and tailor-made, to allow me not to miss my domestic flight that I had to take at the end of the excursion and whose departure time had been brought forward. I did not expect so much professionalism, honesty, helpfulness and kindness from a tour company. I will book again with pleasure and without hesitation with VTL if I have the chance to return to Vietnam.

I highly recommend this tour! I really enjoyed the experience of sitting on a bamboo boat in Trang An the boatmen were incredibly skilled, and some even rowed with their feet! 🫢 The lodge in Ninhbinh was beautiful and peaceful, friendly and kind staff. The Ha Long cruise was also amazing, though a bit crowded. Overall, I loved this trip. Totally worth the price 👍🏻
