Tag 2: Halong Bucht – Sung Sot Höhle – Hanoi (F/M) 06:30 Uhr: Wärmen Sie Ihren Tag mit einer Tai-Chi-Stunde auf dem Sonnendeck mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang über der Halong-Bucht auf. 07:00: Leichtes Frühstück wird im Restaurant serviert. 08:00 Uhr: Ihre nächste Station ist die prächtige Sung Sot-Höhle, eine der größten Höhlen in der Halong-Bucht mit wunderschönen Stalaktiten. Sie werden vom atemberaubenden Panoramablick über die Bucht überrascht sein, wenn Sie die Höhle verlassen, sowie von den Stalaktiten und Stalagmiten, die sich über Millionen von Jahren gebildet haben und faszinierende Formen angenommen haben. 09:30 Uhr: Zurück an Bord, Check-out 10:00 Uhr: Brunch wird im Restaurant serviert 11:15: Ausschiffung in Sun Harbor 11:30 - 12:00: Zurück nach Hanoi 14:30 - 15:00: Ankunft in Hanoi

It was our first night on board, but the staff were very kind and friendly, so we were able to spend a relaxing time with peace of mind. The guest rooms and common spaces were clean and overall very comfortable. The best memory is of course the superb view of Ha Long Bay, but also the high level of hospitality. It was a wonderful ship that I would love to use again.

Great experience! Food on board was yummy, the caves were amazing and the tour guides were very knowledgeable. We stayed in the twin bed suite with balcony, very spacious and clean! Everything we well organised from the moment we were picked up from Hanoi to the moment they dropped us back off. Communication was good too! We will definitely be back again! Highly recommend

I had originally booked the Hermes Cruise through Klook, but unfortunately, it turned out to be fully booked. That’s when MADDIE from SST Travel stepped in and reached out to me with an alternative—CALISTA Cruise. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first since it wasn’t what I had initially planned, but this turned out to be the absolute highlight of our trip! MADDIE ensured that every single one of our requirements was taken care of—from a room with a balcony, a bathtub, and access to a pool, to making sure our vegetarian food preferences were properly accommodated. Her attention to detail and proactive communication instantly put us at ease. The cruise experience itself was nothing short of magical. From the smooth pickup to the warm welcome onboard, everything was flawlessly organized. The lunch was fantastic, and we truly appreciated the special effort taken to provide separate vegetarian food options for us. All the cruise activities, including kayaking and the visit to the pearl farm, were very well planned, with the perfect balance of engagement and leisure time. Overall, everything was exceptionally well planned, and the level of hospitality was outstanding. Every guest was treated with care, and all needs were thoughtfully taken care of.
