Treffen Sie unseren Guide und unsere Fahrer in Ihrem Hotel, wo sie eine Sicherheitseinweisung in Fahrtechniken und Tipps für bequemes Sitzen im Jeep geben. Sie werden auch den Reiseplan im Detail durchgehen und sich nach Diätbeschränkungen erkundigen. Sobald alle bereit sind, machen wir uns auf den Weg, um die Straßen zu erkunden und die historische Brücke Long Bien zu besuchen, ein Symbol für Hanois Hartnäckigkeit und Widerstandsfähigkeit.

Wir fahren im Zickzack durch enge Gassen zum Huu-Tiep-See, wo noch immer ein 1972 abgeschossenes Flugzeug mitten in einer ruhigen Gegend liegt. Unterwegs halten wir am Haus einer einheimischen Familie und unterhalten uns mit dem Besitzer, einem Kriegsveteranen, über seine faszinierenden Geschichten über Vietnam von seiner Kindheit bis in die Neuzeit. Wir werden auch mehr über die vietnamesische Kultur und Bräuche erfahren.
Wir erkunden die berühmte Bahnstrecke, auf der die Einheimischen nur wenige Zentimeter entfernt wohnen. Um die lokale Gemeinschaft zu unterstützen und authentische Gerichte zu genießen, essen wir in familiengeführten Restaurants zu Mittag, in denen Einheimische gerne mit Freunden abhängen. Danach halten wir in einem speziellen Café, das seit 1946 Eierkaffee serviert.

Fun-filled, informative mini afternoon adventure in and around Hanoi - both in the main city and outer areas, including banana island. Saw a different side to Hanoi with knowledgeable, fun and friendly tour guides, Lính and Viet Anh. Finished off with awesome coffee in train street then a local cafe serving new Pha and local foods. This was an amazing tour from start to finish our tour guide Jinny was amazing, she was so very kind, concederate and very knowledgeable, nothing was a problem for her and she was more than happy to answer all questions. The tour its self was fantastic, the sights, the history, oh and the food, the secret spots just great. Pick up was early very professional our driver was very very good driver. I booked this with my hotel (Hotel du Lac Signature). An amazing day! Summi (the guide) and Kai (our driver) were sensational, and extremely knowledgeable. Ginny was a great guide we did the Hanoi insight half day by jeep and the only drawback was we spent too much time on banana Island and didn’t get to see enough of the city of Hanoi, so overall my advice will be to spend less time on banana Island. That said, overall the trip was good and our guide Ginny was very informative spoke excellent English and very easy and fun.

This tour was worth every penny. There was no way I would have had such a great experience trying to do all the activities on my own.
