We did all our excursions with the agency, specifically Carlos, and everything worked as planned!! The guides were all experienced and I feel we learned a lot about their culture. The price is the average that all agencies charge, as we consulted quite a few and in the end we stayed with Carlos why he was the one who gave us the most clarity and confidence. We can't say anything wrong! We had very good experience and got to know each other quite a lot in Cusco.

As soon as I arrived in Cusco to visit Machu Picchu, I searched for a travel agency. We were kindly welcomed despite our visit the very late day before the tour began without reservation. Carlos spoke very well in English, so the entire schedule and details of the tour were easily understood. Our couple had a lot of demands and they matched them well. Not only did we ask if there were no problems with the tour in the middle of the schedule, but we also talked about the upcoming schedule once in a while, so we could come along without anxiety or discomfort! All drugs.
Carlos helped us a lot coming from a long way and with little time, he knew how to use the technology very well and explain the instructions. We loved the ease in how the processes were done with digital tickets. The tour guides gave us a good knowledge about the Inca empire and guided us eager to teach. Mobility drivers were very efficient.
It was a fantastic experience. Super recommended. Everything came out of ten. We didn't have to take care of anything just to enjoy and have fun. We loved it and recommend it to all friends.
