Ihr Abenteuer beginnt um 9 Uhr morgens, wenn Ihr freundlicher englischsprachiger Reiseleiter Sie in Ihrem Hotel in Brasov abholt. Machen Sie sich bereit, zwei der schönsten und am besten erhaltenen mittelalterlichen Städte auf unserer begleiteten Tagestour zu erkunden! Zuerst besuchen wir die Zitadelle von Sighisoara, ein UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe und Geburtsort von Vlad dem Pfähler. Wir erkunden den Glockenturm, die Kirche vom Hügel und das Haus, in dem Vlad geboren wurde! Wenn Sie hungrig sind, können wir ein Mittagessen in der mittelalterlichen Stadt Sighisoara arrangieren (zusätzliche Kosten). Nach Sighisoara fahren wir in die Altstadt von Sibiu, die 2007 Kulturhauptstadt Europas war. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, über den Großen Ring, den Ratsturm, den Kleinen Ring und die Lügenbrücke zu schlendern. Wir bringen Sie gegen 20:00 Uhr zu Ihrem Hotel in Brasov. nach einem unvergesslichen Sightseeing-Tag. Sibiu ist das Herz des germanischen Siebenbürgens. Sächsische Kolonisten nannten die Stadt Hermannstadt. Die Stadt Sibiu liegt an einer der größten mittelalterlichen Burgen Rumäniens. Im Mittelalter war Sibiu von drei konzentrischen Befestigungsringen umgeben. Einige haben überlebt, zusammen mit einem faszinierenden Netzwerk von Plätzen, Treppen und Türmen aus dem 13. bis 18. Jahrhundert. Wir besuchen den Großen Platz, den historischen Stadtkern von Sibiu, der erstmals 1411 als Getreidemarkt erwähnt wurde. Dieser Platz besteht seit 1366, als der dritte Befestigungsgürtel der Stadt fertiggestellt wurde. Wir besuchen den Kleinen Platz, den zweitgrößten historischen Ort von Sibiu und einen der schönsten in der Stadt und den Huet-Platz, der von der Evangelischen Kirche dominiert wird, der ältesten in Sibiu, der Lügnerbrücke. Highlights: Der Große Platz, Der Kleine Platz, Der Ratsturm, Die Lügnerbrücke, Die Evangelische Kathedrale und das älteste Haus der Stadt. • Brasov - Sighisoara 1 Stunde 50 Minuten Fahrt. • Sighisoara nach Sibiu 1 Stunde 30 Minuten Fahrt. • Sibiu nach Brasov 2 Stunden 15 Minuten Fahrt. Rückkehr nach Brasov um 20 Uhr und Rückfahrt zu Ihrem Hotel oder in die Altstadt.
Besuchen Sie die mittelalterliche Stadt Sighisoara, die zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe zählt, darunter der Uhrturm, die Kirche auf dem Hügel und das Geburtshaus von Vlad the Impaler. Bei einem Spaziergang durch die engen Gassen können wir im Schatten des alten Glockenturms das Haus bewundern, in dem eine unbekannte Frau ein Kind, Vlad, geboren hat, das auf der ganzen Welt als Dracula berühmt wird. Diese Straßen, die auch die gerade Linie und die horizontale Ebene ignorieren, verbergen und verraten bei jedem Schritt in einer durchdachten, aber urbanen Naturlandschaft mittelalterliche Gemälde, die das Auge begeistern und die Fantasie anregen. Unverwechselbarer Charme und Persönlichkeit der Stadt wurden im Laufe der Zeit durch die Harmonisierung der aufeinanderfolgenden Lagerstätten der Geschichte aufgebaut. Wir gehen entlang der Mauer, die die Zitadelle von Sighisoara umgibt, und bewundern die fünf Jahrhunderte alten Häuser zusammen mit den Türmen, die von verschiedenen Zünfte der Zitadelle errichtet wurden, von denen die Türme der Schuhmacher, Schneider und Zinnmachergilden die beeindruckendsten sind. Wir besuchen die Kirche auf dem Hügel, aber nicht bevor wir die 175 überdachte Treppe erklommen haben, die 1642 erbaut wurde, um den Zugang der Schüler zu erleichtern. Nach dem Besuch der Altstadt von Sighisoara besuchen Sie ein lokales Restaurant, wo Sie zum Mittagessen frische Salate, traditionelle Suppen, köstliche Sarmale, Fleisch, Hühnerfleisch, Gemüse und andere regionale Gerichte (Getränke und Mahlzeiten auf eigene Kosten) genießen können. In der mittelalterlichen Stadt Sighisoara kann ein traditionelles Mittagessen arrangiert werden.

Bogdan patiently and comfortably drove us all over beautiful Romania to fulfill our list of fascinating sights. In hindsight, I wish we had skipped Bucharest and gone immediately to Brasov after Bogdan picked us up at OTP. Such a walkable charming city! I think he hinted this suggestion during our planning, but would never have pushed us to do something we didn't think we wanted to. He was very considerate of our wishes. We didn't understand just how much time it would take to travel between locations within our 5 days in Romania! As we learned about each other during those car rides through such lush countryside and mountains, we greatly appreciated Bogdan's gentle, subtle nudging from one amazing sight to the next to keep us on track. He also had obviously made long-standing relationships with fellow travel guides and local inn keepers and all seemed to greet each other warmly. He provided a local perspective of both Romania and Vlad Dracula, architecture and traditions, along with plenty of authentic pride in his country. At one point, I asked him when the Renaissance came to Romania, and his response was that, "Romania was the front line for invaders from the East, so it took longer for them to have time to appreciate the arts." I hadn't thought about it that way. And if there was anything he didn't know, he would always research the answer. Because of Bogdan, we had a relaxing, no-stress Romania experience and I highly recommend his tours!

Was the perfect day for the perfect places in Transylvania. Brasov is the right place to base yourself of and this trip is ideal to cover the highlights in a tight but comprehensive way. From Brasov to Sighisoara to Sibiu all in a day and in time to take the train to Bucharest the same evening. The guide/driver Bogdan was well knowledgeable, very pleasant to talk to and of course a really safe pair of hands behind the wheels.

This was such a fantastic tour! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and such a great driver. We had the most wonderful day, had plenty of time to stroll through the city at our own pace and we took in all the amazing and rich history these places have. I would 100% recommend this tour and I’d absolutely sue them in the future!

Very pleasant company with Bogdan as professional and kind guide, but the amount of time travelling meant we only had very small amount of time in both places which was disappointing. The weather was not the best which was unfortunate and I appreciated Bogdan’s excellent driving in difficult conditions.
We took this tour with Mimi. She was so great. So much knowledge and very fun to travel with. Would recommend her for sure. As for the tour, it was amazing. So much history and beauty. Loved both towns but I truly loved Sighisoara. The old feel and the look of the town took my breath away.
