Von unserem Terminal aus fahren Sie für eine Tagestour über die Küstenstraße zum Corinth-Kanal (kurze Haltestelle).
Nach dem Kanal von Korinth betreten Sie die Region Argolis, das Land von Homers goldenem Mykene, einem UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe. Mykene stammt aus dem 2. Jahrhundert vor Christus und war eines der wichtigsten Zentren der griechischen Zivilisation und eine militärische Festung, die einen Großteil Südgriechenlands beherrschte. Besuchen Sie die archäologische Stätte, in der sich das Königreich des mythischen Agamemnon befindet. Sie sehen die Zyklopenmauern, das Löwentor, die königlichen Gräber, darunter Agamemnon Clytemnestras, und die Schatzkammer von Atreus, ein prächtiges BC aus dem 14. Jahrhundert. Struktur. Weiterfahrt nach Epidaurus und Besuch des antiken Theaters. Das UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gilt als Geburtsort von Apollos Sohn Asklepios, dem Heiler und war das berühmteste Heilzentrum der klassischen Welt. Epidaurus ist wahrscheinlich am bekanntesten für sein Theater, eines der am besten erhaltenen klassischen griechischen Gebäude und wird noch heute wegen seiner erstaunlichen Akustik genutzt. Alternativ können Sie einen ruhigen Spaziergang durch den kleinen Wald neben dem Theater machen oder bei einem Kaffee oder Tee entspannen und die Geräusche der Natur genießen. Die Tagestour kehrt am späten Nachmittag nach Athen zurück.

Such a great day tour of ancient and modern Greece! Epidaurus and Mycenae are amazing! Corinth is interesting and Nafplion is quaint and has lots of dining and shopping options available. Our guide Katerina was very knowledgeable, efficient, and funny! Although just a day tour, we covered a lot of ground and many centuries!
This was an extraordinary experience to repeat. Unforgettable views and a great places. Helena was very kind and professional., she was happy to help and guide us. The drive was very responsible and punctual.

In Greece, one does not move around using public transport, so I chose this tour to visit part of the Peloponnese. Interesting visits to historical sites, Mycenae and Nafplio are special. I would have gladly stayed 30 more minutes in each place to enjoy the vibes more :)

I really enjoyed this tour, but I felt it was all very rushed at times. The stop at Mykines , I wasn't aware it was up a steep hill to get to the monastery, and I couldn't manage it (left my folding walking stick at the hotel) so I just went in the little museum (took 10 mins) and bought a slush drink, and sat alone for 45 mins waiting to get back on the coach. We stopped off at various places along the way, which were interesting (and quick visits) We then went to an archelogy site, with a stadium which was impressive, but the site, had no proper sign posts and you couldn't easily find your way around. We had been given an audio guide, but I was expecting the tour guide to take us around, but it was just information about each place we visited. Again not enough time to do at a leisurely pace. Then the final place was Nafplion. It was beautiful, but again an hour and a half wasn't long enough. I wandered around the shops (some interesting ones) and grabbed a quick sandwich, and then back on the coach. I would have liked longer in each destination, to not to be rushing around, and to take each place in at a good pace.
