Die Verkostungstour Pompeji findet täglich von 11:30 bis 16:00 Uhr statt und ist eine sensorische Reise in die Welt von Bosco DE’ Medici. Es ist mehr als eine Weinprobe : Es ist ein Weg durch die Geschichte, der das Anwesen, seine einzigartige Produktion und seine tiefe Verbindung mit dem Land Pompeji entdeckt. Dieses Erlebnis ermöglicht es den Gästen, die Wurzeln der alten Weinherstellungstraditionen zu erkunden, einschließlich unserer Wiederbelebung der römischen Amphorenweinproduktion, wie es vor 2000 Jahren getan wurde. Die Tour beinhaltet: Besichtigung des Bauernhauses aus dem 18. Jahrhundert Spaziergang durch den experimentellen Weinberg Halt an der Nekropole von 79 n. Chr. Die Tour ist eine sensorische Reise durch das Anwesen Bosco DE Medici, wo Geschichte, Tradition und Wein aufeinandertreffen. Es ist mehr als eine einfache Verkostung, es ist ein echtes Eintauchen in die Kultur Pompejis : Gäste besuchen das Bauernhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, spazieren durch den experimentellen Weinberg, erkunden die Nekropole von 79 n. Chr. und entdecken die Weinbereitungs- und Veredlungsräume mit Fässern und Amphoren, in denen wir immer noch Weine mit alten römischen Techniken herstellen. Das Erlebnis beinhaltet ein typisch neapolitanisches Mittagessen, eine Feier der authentischen Aromen der Region gepaart mit unseren Weinen. Amazing experience- tons of great food and amazing wine that we were able to ship back to the USA. The golf cart tour in the beginning was great- it was super hot so we appreciated not having to walk. All the waiters were also excellent and so nice!!

We took our two families with 4 teenage kids to the vineyard lunch with wine pairings. Alessandro the sommelier was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the process to take wine and ship wine to the US was seamless. A beautiful courtyard covered in grape vines, the ambiance, wine, food and terrific service will be a core memory for many years for our families.
