Vom Flughafen Liberia zum RIU Palace Costa Rica und RIU Guanacaste, Shuttle

When booking the Riu palace Punta Cana, roundtrip transportation to and from the airport with Destination Services MX was included. On arrival at Punta Cana airport, we left and there was no clear information about this transport or our names on signs as in most, so we lost enough time to locate them, then we are sent to the exit to look for a certain VICTOR, when requesting the service, a little rough tells us to wait there, without other explanation, tired and hungry of the flight and waiting in Imigration, after 15 minutes we asked him what happened with our transport, to which he answers:be patient and wait, while he attended other passengers who arrived later.Another 15 minutes and nothing pass, already obsessed by the lack of information we asked him again and he tells us: is that You do not have patience, so it took us up to 45 minutes, after which he sends us in a vans and tells us that we are going alone, already leaving the airport they make him return that because they turned out 2 other passengers, added to the traffic that there was, we delayed another 20 minutes more time to arrive at the hotel. On the way back we were picked up at 10:40 in a big bus, which we had to wait until it was full at each stop, it was quite the wait, which they did not have with us that we were on time,total in the whole route was more than an hour plus the time we took to get to the airport. It was very unpleasant this transport and unkind those attending, a disaster of transfer, we will not use it again.

Ronny was outside of the airport as soon as we exited and greeted us. He was very personable and friendly and had a great sense of humor. During the ride we asked about some local culture and foods and he graciously shared that information with us. I would highly recommend his shuttle service.

Picked us up in the lobby when they said they would and had a great ride to the airport. Very reliable.

Picked up right outside airport just like they said. Had cold water in the van for us and gave us a lot of info about the area on our 45 min ride to our resort. Great customer service.

Oscar was great. Friendly and waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. No problems getting to our hotel.

The driver was pleasant your company charges 50 more than any other we had trouble finding our ride please do not bother me again for I will never use your service again
