Hier ist einer der ersten Treffpunkte der Tour und der erste Ort für Gäste, die sich direkt an der Tour beteiligen, indem sie sich freiwillig zur Ausführung melden. Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort, der in vielen Filmen verwendet wurde, aber er hat eine düstere und böse Geschichte.
Eine atemberaubende Lage am Rande der alten mittelalterlichen Stadt, hier werden die Gäste viele Orte entdecken, darunter einen der bizarrsten der Stadt, der eine Verbindung zu niemand anderem als der berühmten Schriftstellerin Jane Austen hat.
Hier erfahren unsere Geisterjäger von einem hoffnungslos romantischen und gewalttätigen Spuk, der dieses atemberaubende Gebäude heimsucht. Ein weiterer Ort für die Besucher, sich freiwillig zu engagieren und sich direkt zu engagieren.
Unsere Lieblingsstraße in der Stadt und Heimat von 2 verwunschenen Pubs. Nicht nur tolle Gespenstergeschichten an diesem Ort, sondern auch zum Abschluss der Tour empfehlen wir den Gästen, in dieser Gasse, die liebevoll Gin Alley genannt wird, stärkende Getränke warm und kalt zu sich zu nehmen.
Nur einen Steinwurf oder vielleicht sogar einen Körperwurf vom berühmten Royal Crescent entfernt, beherbergt dieser Park einen der beeindruckendsten Geister von Bath. Es ist der Ort, an dem wir unsere paranormalen Experimente durchführen und ein glücklicher Gast (Pechvogel?) wird aufgerufen, eine Verbindung zur anderen Seite zu sein, zu den Toten!
Unser letzter Spuk des Abends und die letzte Gelegenheit, sich ehrenamtlich zu engagieren, auch die Kinder können sich darauf einlassen, wenn sie sich trauen. Es ist auch der Ort, an dem wir unseren Gästen gute Nacht sagen und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zurück zum Treffpunkt sind.
Direkt gegenüber dem Klosterhof wird es natürlich spukt, nimmt aber nicht aktiv am Rundgang teil.

'Mr Strange' was our guide and held the group captivated throughout the tour with all the stories of ghosts, murder, suicide and general debauchery. The underside of Bath's beautifully crafted fascade! I bring groups of people to Bath from London and will certainly be recommending this as an activity in which they should participate!
Such a fun way to spend an evening in Bath! The tour took us around lots of different haunted spots throughout the city, with great, spooky stories along the way. It was a nice mix of ghost stories, atmosphere, and a really different way to explore Bath after dark. Our guide, the Professor, was fantastic. Her incredible costume and character made the whole experience feel extra special and added so much personality to the tour. She was a wonderful storyteller and kept the group entertained. I had a great time and would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun and slightly spooky evening in Bath!

Our Bath Ghost Tour with Macabre Tours - and led by 'Mr Skinner' - was by far one of the best tours of this nature I've been on. Lots of history, a small amount of theatrics, no over-the-top jump scares (because, really ... why? If the story is told well that is scary enough.) Our guide was dressed for the part, but not overly so - just enough to fit the mood. I wish we'd known about their other tours beforehand, so we could have booked them all. Highly recommended - and, Mr Skinner, kudos to you - you made this tour!!

Georgina Strychnine was a great storyteller. Good delivery and pace. We listened, we interacted, we laughed. Had a really good group who all joined in the fun. Walk was for almost 2 hours but stops were long enough not to feel too tired. Only partly uphill and only at the end. I do think guide should walk back to the beginning to help those new to the city.

She told every story with so much passion and enthusiasm that it was easy to get completely caught up in them. The tour was a great mix of creepy stories, history and humor, and never felt rushed or scripted. Mad Alice kept everyone entertained from beginning to end and really brought the darker side of Bath to life. Definitely one of the highlights of our time in Bath. If you’re looking for something fun and a little different to do in the evening, we highly recommend spending it with Mad Alice. Five stars!
