Vida Aventura Ranch Erfahrung

We had a great time on the Vida Aventura Ranch Experience! The bus picked us up directly from our hotel and we were gone all day. We really enjoyed Franco as our tour guide. The ziplining is literally through the treetops and the horseback riding is on a mountain trail. The hot springs were a great way to end the day. Everything was well organized. If you are going during the rainy season like we did, rain clothes and a full change of clothes for after the hot springs are a must. An umbrella will help for the walk back to the bus after the hot springs. Bring both tennis shoes/hiking boots and water shoes.

Best tour ever!! Franco, our guide, and Oliver, our driver, exceeded all expectations. The zip lining was very fun and safe. The horseback riding was great with well trained horses and good guides. The thermal pools were very relaxing (try the water slide - it was fun but wear an old suit because the minerals can stain). But the best part was Franco! We got a history lesson as well as a tour and learned about many things. We saw 500 year old trees and trees that are used in making cosmetics and perfume. We learned about the many villages (elementary school, church, football field and cantina) 😀 I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful day at this adventure park. Enjoyed horseback riding, ziplining, mud bath and natural spring pool to rinse off in. Lunch was quaint & cultural but tasty. Be sure to note the distance from your hotel to this park. It was quite a drive from our hotel.

Really none the hot springs was a cold swimming pool the horse back riding was okay the zip line was shaky the steel stairs and frames were rusted on some of them the steps weren’t secured good the walking from line to line was another joke and the tour guide was completely garbage not picking us up at the hotel on time forgetting us calling them and making wait an extra half hour blaming the driver

Best tour ever. We had outstanding guides in Juan and Gravy. The 7 zip lines were outstanding especially for beginners. The horses and the horse ride was also terrific. We ended the day at the thermal polls, which was extremely relaxing. Highly, highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Our tour guide Caesar was tremendous! His knowledge of the area and guiding us through every step of the tour was unbelievable. The activities were all planned out and ran like clockwork!

Not as described at all like what is expected. Mud bath consisted of rubbing dirt on the body, the horse back consisted of looking at foliage and cows. The zip lining was a blast and the communication was great on resort

Outstanding combination excursion. On a beautiful ranch, the zip line experience as thrilling, long runs (7 total) across a canopy of green dry forest with views of the volcanoes and rain forest in the distance. The horseback riding was the best I ever encountered since riding as a youth (had horses growing up) - we crossed meadows with bulls and cattle, through steep up/down trails in the woods, and across and through streams off the mountain. Galloped several times and stopped for exception photo opportunities. The hot spring, volcanic mud (great photos when covered and dry), water slide, and pools finished the day relaxed. Outstanding lunch, and exceptional lavatory to change, shower, etc. Weat shorts, bring long pants to change and ride, and then swimsuit to again change in and out of.

Best day ever! Our driver (Alexis) picked us up on time and gave us a bonus tour describing interesting sites along the way. Our zip lining was fabulous, long runs, beautiful scenery and encouagement and patience (by Jason and Leonard) for us 70 year old seniors who had no problems at all. The horse back riding was full of shifting terrains and elevations and just fabulous....we had a typical great tico lunch and then headed to relax. We had a mud bath and then soaked in thermal pools. *wear deep woods bug spray!* We started with horse-back riding which wasn't your average trail ride...it was super interesting and not just a large trail the horse just walks on. There are hills and streams and windey turns (may be challenging for first-time riders). Our leaders were amazing and really looked out for everyone in the group. Suzie (the guide dog) came along the horseback ride as well and even met us at every point of the zip line (we still have no idea how she made it so quickly...she may have magical abilities but we'll never know!) The zip line was exhilarating and the views are breathtaking! They even allow you to do one of the zip lines upside-down! We then ate a delicious lunch of local food. Our day was finished by soaking in the hot springs, covering ourselves in mud and taking a cool dip in the fresh water pool. I would definitely do this tour again and recommend it to anyone who's in a time crunch and wants to do multiple activities!
