Great tour. Great guide. Don’t make me enter too many details I hate all these surveys. I almost stopped
We were supposed to go to Cowichan valley, but the Malahat had an accident and we would have been delayed several hours, so our guide pivoted and arranged 2 wineries and a cidery in Saanich. It was a great trip. Guide was very informative. Both vineyards were great. The cidery was good but the staff there could have been a little more informative.
Excellent tour. Wine tasting was great. The people on our tour was amazing from around the world. Scott was an incredible tour guide. Thank you for a wonderful day!
A great way to spend your time on Vancouver Island. Three different wineries with distinctive wine styles.
Beautiful country and scenic spots along the way. Driver was like a tour guide. Wineries were very friendly.
THEY CANCELLED ON ME AT THE LAST MINUTE!! Do not book with Canadian Craft Tours! I booked a wine tour 2 months ago, paid for it, travelled over 2,000 miles and was looking forward to a day of wine tasting. Canadian Craft Tours cancelled on me via *email* less than 24 hours before the tour was to begin. I had already received my tour vouchers via text and had thought we were good to go. They should have CALLED ME to let me know they were cancelling the tour and offered another option. Instead I learned that it was cancelled after the shuttle was due to pick us up and I called to see where they were. I was informed that other customers on our tour had cancelled at the last minute (not part of our party) so therefore they were canceling the entire tour and offered no solution. The person I spoke with (Dave?) was very unapologetic and acted like it was not his problem, leaving us out of luck for the day. That is horrible customer service. And as of today I have not received a refund for the amount I paid. I highly recommend NOT BOOKING with Canadian Craft Tours and using another company. Even if they are more expensive, at least they would be reliable.
We had a wonderful and informative tour - the 3 wineries were all unique. The variety of wines and food was excellent. Our tour guide Scott was awesome and really did a wonderful job from the pick up , to the trip and return journey - the vehicle was spotless, and we were very happy with everything!
Our tour guide Kim was absolutely fabulous. She provided a very thorough orientation, described several points of interests and historical background along the route. Kim was very clear on what to expect at each winery stop. During our wine tastings she checked in on us at just the right times. The ride home created the right ambience for all. I highly recommend Kim for your wine tours. Her play list of music is amazing.
Server appeared disinterested in offering politeness and the tasting area was blah. So was the charcuterie board. The bathroom was clean and the view outside was lovely.
The tour meet in front of the Empress Hotel not across the street. This was very confusing. It did get sorted but wasn’t a good start.
