Victoria Falls Devil's Pool und Angel's Pool Abenteuer

After discussions via WhatsApp, the company agreed to pick us up at our hotel. When they never showed up, I contacted them they said they didn’t realize my hotel was on the Zim side and that I would need to find a way to the Zambian side. By this time, it was 7 minutes u til the tour left and there was no way we could make it. I filed a refund request and the company wouldn’t agree to it. I’m out $441 dollars due to their misunderstanding.

We had a great time with our trip. We only had one free day and wanted to do two activities in one day. John organised our Devil's pool and Chobe safari in one day. He organised the whole things for us, and we only had to follow along. We were met with a guide from point to point. We crossed 3 countries in a span of 12 hours, but we felt safe as we were guided along throughout, picked up and returned to the hotel. It was a long day, but it was so worth it! The experiences we had this day was one for the books!

Henric tours and safaris were very good to deal with, communication was excellent at all times. Transfers were easy and we were well looked after. The Devils pools experience was very well managed and we felt very safe and was absolutely amazing!! The guides were friendly and professional and provided a delicious breakfast after the pools experience. Would highly recommend the Devils and Angels pools and using Henrics tours to book any tours.

Excursion done from Victoria Falls. Crossing the borders can be long and tedious. You must also pay 30 dollars upon returning to Botswana. You will take a boat that takes you to Livingstone Island in 5 minutes. After a few photos, you go above the falls. Devil's Pool is only possible starting in August because the flow is too high, but Angel's Pool is just as impressive because of the flow. One person holds you by the feet and another takes your picture. You feel like you are diving into the void. Afterwards a snack is served. In total, count on 4 hours. Be careful, in July it is not warm at all.

Thrilling experience going to the edge of Victoria falls and taking excellent photos with well trusted guides. Awesome experience. We happen to go on the first day of the season and we were the first tour. Takes your breath away. Felt very safe and the guides were excellent and making sure you were safe and comfortable. Followed by an incredible tasting breakfast. Fantastic experience. I highly recommend.

Exhilarating! Such an amazing, once in a lifetime experience! It may feel scary but the guides are very professional and I trusted them with my life - nobody’s been injured and no fatalities have happened ever. Don’t think I’ll ever get the chance to be on a waterfalls edge again. 10000% recommend, like every excursion in Livingston. Kelvin, Raymond and Eustace were so cool. Having the time of my life here and the people are so awesome. Love Zambia!

It was a Amazing day. The Tour Guide Is Very cool guy and made the day Even more Impressive. To take a Bath in the Devils Pool was unforgettable. The Food was really delicious.

My transfer with John was great. I signed up for one tour but went back to him for my other trips including a transfer to Kazungula border and a trip to Victoria Falls. A well-spoken, informative, and entertaining. We had great discussions and made my trip in Livingstone a breeze. Highly recommended!
