Incredible travel hose. Mark was outstanding. The amount of time at the gardens was much too long. We spent more time in the bus than we had left to spend at Victoria. We spent two hours at the gardens in excessive heat and then less than 90 minutes at Victoria. The balance of the day made it very unpleasant.

The gardens were stunningly beautiful and Victoria did not disappoint. The trip is long so be prepared for that. Our guide Mark provided great history of the gardens and area to keep us entertained. Worth the day but a long day for travel by bus and ferry.

I was wavering between skipping Victoria & Butchart Gardens or going and I am so glad I did!! Our driver on June 9th (maybe Marc??-a native from Vancouver) was super friendly and knowledgeable, making the bus ride more enjoyable. I felt like I had enough time to explore Butchart Gardens and loved all the flowers and foliage. If you’re on the fence, just do it!

Mark was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable about the areas we went through and very funny. Butchart gardens was magical and lots to see. Downtown victoria was beautiful and we found a good restaurant.
