My experience was deeply unsatisfactory. After booking, the company did not provide any response through the available contact channels: they do not answer phone calls, they do not answer emails and their website is disabled, all this prevents any effective management. Additionally, the contracted service was never provided, as no one showed up to pick me up at the selected place and time, without any explanation. The total lack of communication and compliance makes the reservation unfeasible. I would not recommend this service as it involves a waste of time and resources. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had when booking through Tripadvisor.

Tour guide never picked me up, end of story. Their excuse was very lame. They said they saw my name for the following day. Very bad experience

The day before the tour I was called to suspend him. They told me that tripadvisor would pay me back, but that never happened. I paid for 2 people, lost all the money.

The tour with Nacha is Travessia Tourism was very good. She's very charismatic. We really liked the tour the stops and especially her explanations about the locations.

We really liked this experience. it is an excellent way to visit as much as possible of the area with limited time. Nacha and Cesar were excellent guides and were all the time catching up and making sure everything was okay. The visit to pelicans and sea lions left us puzzled, it is a strange practice where a dependence on wild animals to tourism is created. This part of the itinerary really made us sad. It would be good to reconsider this stage. The walk through Valparaiso was excellent, our favorite part. Thank you!

The guide Franco is very good!! Clear and objective in the explanations and nevertheless tell the history and the riches of the places. The tour was punctual in everything.

Both cities are charming, but everything got even more amazing with all Dina’s support and the excellent guides Nacha and Cesar! With them, the whole experience was fantastic!
