Genießen Sie 3 bis 4 Stunden in einem flexiblen SLOW PACE Spaziergang in verketteten Gassen der Medina, besuchen Sie seine Bäckereien, traditionellen Öfen, Karawanserei und andere alte Schätze. Sie werden authentische Stätten erkunden, die nur wenige Touristen sehen können. Einige von ihnen.sind nicht einmal für Touristen geöffnet. Bei einem Spaziergang erfahren Sie nicht nur die wahre Geschichte und die Geschichte jedes Stadtteils, sondern auch seine alten Wurzeln. Der Fokus wird auch auf den Workshops und den alten Abschnitten der Souks von Marrakesch liegen. Von unserem Treffpunkt, dem Café-Restaurant Argana, das sich auf dem großen Platz Jamaa El Fna befindet, beginnen wir mit Bab Ftouh: einem der ältesten Innentore und einem der Souk-Eingänge von Marrakesch.
Wir werden eine örtliche Bäckerei besuchen
Eine der ältesten Moscheen von Marrakesch stammt aus dem 16. Jahrhundert und befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Wohnviertel marokkanischer Juden ✡️ „TOSHAVIM“
Wir besuchen Foudouk Sarsar, eines der ältesten Karawanengasthäuser von Marrakesch
Wir besuchen einen Kochofen, in den die Einheimischen ihr traditionelles Gericht namens „Tangia“ bringen, um es langsam zu kochen
Wir werden das Mausoleum von Sidi Abdel Aziz Tabaa besichtigen. Er war einer der sieben Heiligen von Marrakesch.
Souk, wo die Auktion des Anführers stattfindet Skins finden immer noch statt Freitag.

Mohamed makes the hidden tour routes interesting with his vast knowledge of history of Marrakech. We learnt a lot from the tour. Wish we had it earlier so we would have more time to explore the souks.. The pace was just nice and he even shared some recommendations on places to go when he learnt that we will be going to Casablanca and Fez.. highly recommended tour with Mohamed for those who want to know the hidden places in Marrakech!!

Thanks to a recommendation from friends, we (a family with 3 children, 10 and 14 years old) booked the half day guided tour of the hidden sights with Azim on our first day in Marrakesh. It was a wonderful day and Azim was the best guide, we could have wished for. He totally adapted to our needs as a family. We explored the Medina and souks together, he told us lots about the history, languages and the moroccan culture and life. We visited lots of different artisans (baker, bookbinder), learned how belts and bags are made out of leather, visited a traditional pharmacy and spice shop and tasted some fresh olives and other local specialities. He also gave us lots of tips how to avoid tourist traps during our stay in Morocco and how to negotiate but stay fair in the souks. When the kids needed a break after a couple of hours in the souks, we stopped in a lovely little traditional cafe and for our little ones Azim gave them a little challenge (counting and finding a certain number of cats on our tour) to keep them interested and going. After our tour, he even sent me links to some of the history and things we discussed so we could read in a bit more detail about it. We had the most wonderful time and I cannot recommend Azim enough !

Mohammed showed us spots we would have otherwise missed just walking around. He led us through entryways to a neighborhood stove where we tried fresh bread, as well as locals’ lunch cooking over hot coals. He led us through various souks and coached us on dealing with vendors, and we bought some local spices (with no pressure). He led us at a comfortable pace and was easy to talk to, providing lots of history and information without being overwhelming. He also kept our two teens engaged, which is a feat of its own.
