Zunächst geben wir unseren Gästen eine kurze Erklärung. Dies ist ein Kurs, bei dem Sie verschiedene Teile des Wagyu-Rindfleischs essen können. Sie können auch in Japan einzigartige Zutaten und saisonale alkoholische Getränke genießen. Zu jedem der 7 Gerichte wird Sake serviert. Die Kursinhalte ändern sich je nach Saison. Wenn Sie sich für japanischen Sake interessieren oder Wagyu-Rindfleisch probieren möchten, kommen Sie gerne vorbei und genießen Sie das Abendessen bei uns. Es kann auch für Gruppen reserviert werden. Reservierungen können von einer Person vorgenommen werden, kontaktieren Sie uns daher gerne.

Absolutely fantastic meal. I’ve traveled to 60 countries and this was one of the best meals I have had anywhere I’ve been. The service was excellent too. Highly recommend.
This was one of the highights of our visit to Japan, the experience was set in a very relaxed and cosy restaurant, the staff were knowledgable, attentive and friendly. The range of sake was impressive and the food was delicious. The other guests were lively and engaging (especially the Irish newlyweds) which was the icing on the cake.
This was one of the best food experiences I’ve ever had! It was intimate and the food was prepared in front of us with the perfect wagyu and sake pairings!
It's amazing! The Chef was so good. The variety and type of wagyu was incredible, so delicious. Also, the variety of Sake was indeed great !!! Couldn't remember how many types we ate but I do remember that I could not rank them and after every item, I got confused to pick the best out if them. It was definitely worth it.
This was my first introduction to wagu and it was the high light of my trip it was my last night in tokyo tucked away down a very quiet street but under the lights of the Tokyo sky deck.The restrains was small but so prefect each serve was perfectly match with sake all prept and cooked right in front of you and each bite was like taste of heaven can not recommend this experience enough l would happily go back again to taste what was perfection.
This was an incredible experience, and my wife and I absolutely loved it. With only six people in our group, it felt intimate and exclusive, making the entire evening even more special. The food was phenomenal—honestly the best meat I’ve ever tasted—and the sake pairings for each course were perfectly chosen and delicious. We enjoyed every moment and are already looking forward to doing it again on our next trip to Japan!

This food was up there with the best we had in 2 weeks in Japan. Absolutely incredible, and the host was super friendly and informative too. We tried some interesting sakes and took pictures of the bottles so we could find them again. A great evening
Delightful experience. A thoughtful and delicous menu. Each dish and sake pairing was wonderfully explained and plated. Loved it.
Do NOT be deceived by the understated venue. The dining area is intimate and the staff is top notch. You will be educated about the different cuts and sake. The award winning Wagyu is heavenly. I’d give it a ten if possible.
