Der gesamte Keller ist biologisch zertifiziert und im Weinberg werden biodynamische Methoden angewendet. Die daraus resultierenden Weine sind elegant, rein, angenehm und anspruchslos. Wir begrüßen jeden Gast mit einem Lächeln in einer familiären Umgebung, die Emotionen vermitteln kann. Unser Amarone durchläuft eine langsame und lange Zeit der Fassreifung, als wäre er ein verborgener Schatz, den es zu entdecken gilt.

Wonderful!!! We took advantage of a unique experience not only of tasting but hospitality service, the owner built a lodging in the own winery and could enjoy everything very cozy and perfect breakfast wonderful and then we had the wine tasting with herself explaining the whole context that her family has to make these wines so special! Very well worth the visit and the accommodation Choose the room with veranda for vineyards the sunset is magnificent

The wines tasted (from vapoliccella to amarone to recioto) have a truly unique soul. They come out of the classic scheme to surprise with a great freshness and pleasantness. Naturalness emerges clearly. It is really worth trying especially for those who believe they have already tried how much this pious land offers. No matter how many Amarones you have already drunk: this is to be tried. Very good value for money.

Beautiful experience. The wines are delicious, the place fantastic, the kindness of all the people who work there is great, in addition to their skills and knowing how to treat customers in an exemplary way. It's the second time I've gone for a tasting and there will definitely be a third because it's always nice and every time you learn something new.
I would like to begin by saying that we have rarely enjoyed such courtesy. A very special thanks to Monica, the young and very skilled secretary of the V. Cubi Company, who, with love and dedication, followed us carefully in our choices. Being in a perfectly fine reality from all points of view, allowed us to spend our time in Valpolicella in a very pleasant and relaxed way. The beautiful structure, surrounded by lush vineyards and ornamental plants, is solid, elegant and classic, through a large gate and a large, neat space, enriched with stacks of colorful boxes, ready for the harvest of grapes, now ripe. The atmosphere is the right one! We stayed in a magnificent room: very large, tastefully decorated, enriched by a beautiful terrace overlooking the vineyards; the spacious bathroom, complete with every comfort; excellent cleanliness and care. Really, Mrs. Cubi: THANK YOU!
My boyfriend and I spent a weekend of relaxation and good wine. The Location is immersed in the vineyards of Valpolicella, relaxing and silent. Kind and helpful staff .. mascot of the farm is Monica, who delighted us with her stories and made us feel at home. Room well cared for, clean and spaziosa.Colazione plentiful, sweet and savory, with excellent homemade desserts. Excellent tasting, exquisite wine. Really sorry to leave but we will definitely be back!
Experience to forget.... arrived and insulted by the owner paid 4 bottles of wine 28 euros and there is all ... but 22 euros for glass washing this then ... I would not recommend it to anyone ... in the area there are other better wineries with Welcoming at the top and more prepared
Carissimo Francesco siete arrivati in 50,no in uno e senza avvisare con mille pretese da esaudire subito,in modo speciale dalla mascherina rosa avete pagato in totale €.50,00 per 50 degustazioni,ma cosa pretende non vi siete domandati perchè avevate da impiegare un'ulteriore ora e siete arrivati da me? non è per caso che la cantina che avete visitato prima di arrivatre qui vi ha sbolognato in fretta? e' meglio che facciate un esame di coscienza prima di cercare di demolire la mia azienda mi stia bene
Returning from a stay at the beach, we decided to make stops in Valpolicella. Through internet research we came to this organic wine cellar. We had a tasting of 7 wines, with a visit to the cellar attached. The love for their products can be felt from the accurate description provided by the owner's daughter. Excellent wines. Cellar kept perfectly, clean and tidy. Definitely worth a stop.
Fleet tasting of 7 wines of different production methods. From light country wine to Amarone, all the typical Valpolicella autochthonous grape varieties were present. Chef Valentina Cubi told us some details (in English) during the tasting.
