Very simple pasta making class. We made tiramisu too. Both were really good. We mostly sat around a table and took turns mixing, until it came to pasta dough. We all made fresh noodles. Fun vibe and got a few glasses of wine.
Mercedes was amazing! She is a great teacher and was fun to be around. My sister and I had a wonderful time. It will be remembered as one of our favourite activities. My sister and I are gluten free and we were so happy to see that they offered this. Grazie mille Mercedes!
From start to finish, this class was so much fun! Our chef/hostess Greta was so knowledgeable, patient, and explained each step of the class clearly so everyone could follow along. There were 14 people in the class and we made homemade pasta the old fashioned way, Tiramisu, and bruschetta all while sipping on prosecco. We had a choice between Bolognese sauce, or pesto sauce. After we were done cooking we ate family style altogether and had a chance to get to know Greta and the other guests. My daughter and I did this together and it is one of our best memories on our trip to Venice.

What a fantastic experience. Mercedes was great and the food was well worth it. It was very cool making and eating your own food. We also had 1 member of our group do gluten free experience and they made their own pasta and ate it as well.
