I booked two transfers, one from Venice airport to the cruise terminal and then a return ten days later. For both transfers our driver was waiting with a sign and had texted me to confirm they were there. The cars were clean and the drivers were friendly. Would definately recommend.
drive was nice, early and spoke english. sprinter van was clean and we got to our cruise ship in Fusina with no problems.
The service was very good, in a busy environment the communication was good, the driver very courteous and the transfer hassle free.

Driver was waiting for us with a highly visible sign. We were early and he was already waiting for us. Clean spacious vehicle, room for all our bags and four people with room to spare. Driver was friendly and very smooth.

Even though the van was confirmed twice through the Venice provider, our driver did not show up and caused to miss our flight, plus we had to pay extra for rescheduling our flight, plus we had to get accommodations for two extra nights in Venice because flights we needed were booked!
