This was an excellent experience, taking in portions of canals that most people never see while visiting Venice. The electric motor is quiet so this is a very peaceful trip. I Highly recommend this trip.
It is supposed to include water and snacks. We were offered used and frozen water bottles and no snacks

This was a wonderful trip and the best way to see Venice. Our captain was so friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole trip fun and educational. It was a lovely addition to have a glass of Prosecco as we meandered through the canals. I would highly recommend this trip.
The boat driver was a bit late picking us up at the meeting point. His name was Sebastian. While he was pleasant, his English was not that great. He gave is almost no information about any of the sights we saw. We took the ride in silence. Also, he smoked a lot on the tour and this was not pleasant at all. He also took us out on the open water, which was very choppy, much more than we would have anticipated. We would have enjoyed more time on the quiet canals. Not worth the money spent for this tour.

On the day of the tour as anticipated to you we had the Vogalonga event in Venice that brings hundreds of boats in the city causing traffic diversions and choppy water. We accomodate the tour as per your requests due to your scheduled time in Venice however such events are out our control. By the way, thank you for your report about the captain and the smoking on board. This is absolutely not allowed and our captains are very much aware of this, we will investigate and take any necessary action to avoid further situations like this. I hope to have you on board again in the future.
The tour guide was mostly quiet throughout the trip and it was difficult to find the meeting point. Cheers

Regarding the meeting point, I recommend to follow google map in Venice as the streets might be difficult to navigate without a map. Thank you
I loved traveling through the small canals seeing so many out of the way places and emerging into busy ones as well. So relaxing
The tour was good but I paid for snacks and drinks and we only got a bottle of water and NO snacks sat all. Also we paid for English speaking guide and he apologized numerous times about not speaking or understanding English very well

Regarding your concerns we would like to clarify that we with the booking there is not food included, however we have offer some chips and still water to all our guests. Also, please note that our experience is an outdoor boating leasure activitiy design to enjoy and discover the city from the water perspectve, We are not a guided tour so the captain is not trained to give a full professional commentary. This trip was awesome. Very comfortable boat and very nice and friendly guide. We saw a lot of new places and learned some new additional information about Venice.
The boat ride was nice. We saw more of the slower side of Venice. I would have liked to hear more history of the city and details of the different sections we visited.
I had a wonderful solo tour with Emilino! I was in Venice for only 2 days and we cruised through places that weren’t on my radar and would have been too hard to fit in otherwise. Emilino was very knowledgeable and I learned so much. He also left quiet moments to just soak everything in. He is well connected to the city and you can tell he is dedicated to hospitality. I only wish the tour was longer as this was truly a fantastic way to see the sights. Do not hesitate to book this tour!
