We had an amazing boat trip in Venice and also we reached Torcello Island. We discussed options with Nico before agreeing on a trip. Nico has spectacular local knowledge and impeccable people skill. Our trip was fantastic and Nico made it a very special memorable for our family.

We met Nico on the Giocomo Square side of the Rialto Bridge, where Venice began. Nico explained the history of Venice, and began the food tour with street food right there in Giocomo square. Nico was interesting and fun. He took us to four more locations throughout Venice gave a history walking tour with different foods in those for additional locations. The tour was so interesting and Nico made the afternoon so much fun. We were so full, we couldn't eat another bite. I would recommend Nico regardless the size of your group. An afternoon well spent !

Our tour with Nico was the highlight of Italian holiday. Nico helped us discover Venice and fall in love with her. A family with a teenager and a 3 year old child, it is not always easy to find a tour option to meet everyone’s interests. Nico customised the day for us and was so accommodating and flexible. We felt very well looked after and had an unforgettable experience. Nico arranged all museum and experience tickets and all transport. It was stress free and beautiful. Thank you Nico!!

I truly don’t know where to begin! On a scale of zero to 10 he was 100!, If you want a personalized tour of Venice which is interesting, informative, based on your interests and conducted by a knowledgeable, kind, warm handsome Italian gentleman then this is your tour. Our son is developmentally challenged and was thoroughly embraced by Nico. He went above and beyond to make all of us have a once in a lifetime experience which has left memories forever in our hearts. Among many other things he took us to his favorite restaurant and helped us order an absolute feast. Local seafood included squid, prawns, local fresh fish, fresh pasta, antipasto, etc. We sampled lemoncella (sp?) and another local liquor (uzo ??). Really fun time and we were treated like royalty by him as well as the restaurant staff! It quite honestly was the highlight of our whole trip. He was a great communicator for arrangements pretour and just a top notch person and guide. He arranged for a pick up of a daughter at the airport and her connection to us at the beginning of the tour. He was very fluent in English. He even offered fantastic suggestions for the next day(which happened to be Easter). We absolutely guarantee that you will have a great experience with this man as your guide!

We hired Nico for a Venice Food Tour and it was one of our favorite experiences of our two weeks in Italy. Nico is a guy you simply just want to hang out with, and our our tour felt much more like we were visiting a friend than working with a tour guide. Over the 3 or so hours we spent with him we not only tried some of the best food that local Venetians enjoy, but we learned an immense amount about the history of Venice as well as some of the current challenges facing the city. It was a great blend of history, food, and culture all while walking the streets and alleyways of Venice. If we’re ever back in Venice we would hire Nico again in a heart beat. 10/10!

We had a fabulous tour with lots ( and I mean LOTS!) of yummy food stops. Nico was a brilliant host/guide, very informative with the history of the area and importantly avoiding the tourist traps! We enjoyed every minute and even visited other recommendations days later which were excellent. We totally recommend and can't wait to visit Venice and the food spots were we ate again soon! We are just coming to the end of a wonderful stay in Venice and connecting with Nico was the one of the best things we’ve done. The day after our arrival, we spent a wonderful warm late summer evening with him walking through town, learning the history and food culture of Venice. We ate fantastic ciccheti, drank traditional aperitif and wine, and learned how and where to eat. We moved effortlessly from restaurant to restaurant, tasting new foods at each stop. Nico is very knowable and shares his knowledge freely. We ended the evening with gelato – and restaurant recommendations for the rest of our stay. His recommendations are gold! Great fun and fantastic food. Thank you Nico!!

Fantastic all around food tour. Tried the local Select special spritz and little bites to start, 5 tastes, all top notch, then some first fermentation Prosecco to go with excellent octopus on polenta, some just made risotto, and off to try mozzarella in carroza with locally brined anchovies. Finished with pasta, in our case we went with black ink squid. We finished with good, real gelato. Can’t recommend Nico enough!
