Catia lädt Gäste ein, die italienische Lebensart im Sommer auf ihrer Außenterrasse oder im Winter neben dem Kamin zu erleben. Die Gäste können in einem interaktiven Kochkurs lernen, wie venezianische vegetarische handgemachte Pasta zubereitet wird, und sie zusammen mit einem Glas erlesenem venezianischen Wein und dem typischen Fingerfood Cicchetti genießen. Es wird mit Sicherheit ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!

This was the most amazing day and it will be a highlight of our entire trip. From the amazing hospitality, to the most delicious vegetarian food and the lovely and welcoming ambiance, it was the perfect day. It was so refreshing as a vegetarian to know that we could eat everything that was prepared and it was all prepared and taught to us with such love and knowledge. I feel so confident that I can replicate these recipes when I go home. Catia was the most amazing and loving person and I’m already planning how to come back and visit again. Highly recommend, don’t second guess, make the booking, you will forever grateful you did.
We had an amazing day at Catia’s place, learning how to make tiramisú, tortellini and a very special type of pasta. Catia is a very authentic and unique host! Very open minded, extremely kind and she loves sharing her knowledge and expertise about the Italian cuisine, history and culture. We really enjoyed cooking together, improving our pasta skills and chatting with Catia. We definitely recommend her cooking class to anyone who wants to learn more about Italian cooking! Mille Gracie Catia, for the inspiring cooking class. I had the chance to learn the basics of making tiramisu, tagliatelle, ravioli and tortelloni.
Had a lot of fun cooking and learning from Catia, who’s a warm and bubbly host! I learnt how to make pastas from scratch, some sauces, saw interesting usage of ingredients and learnt how to make Tiramisu from scratch! All veggies were from her garden - fresh and tasty. Got to experience local culture and hospitality thru Catia! We were literally on our feet for 4 hours - a solid cooking experience - thanks Catia!!!
A wonderful experience cooking in the beautiful home of Catia! Her hospitality and warmth was so generous and her ability to share the history of her region in Padua while teaching us to make delicious pasta and tiramisu was so enjoyable. We then sat in her lovely outdoor dining area and ate the food we prepared. I would recommend this experience to everyone. A highlight of my time in Italy.
It was a fantastic experience! My partner and me took the course to learn something new about the kitchen of Veneto, but in addition to very interesting backstories, we also met a wonderful person. The Chef welcomed us to her home and made us feel comfortable right from the beginning! 100% recommend
We had a lovely time cooking with Catia! The experience was very local, and we were invited into our chef Catia’s Italian home - very Italian and lovely home We learned to cook different Italian recipes and Catia taught us a lot about the Italian food culture - very informative and fun! Plus she prepared a dinner table for us, to enjoy our food and some local wine. Catia had prepared some local dishes for us and they were very tasty. All in all an amazing experience and something we will remember for a long time and we bring home cooking skills and recipes that we will never forget. We greatly recommend others to try it out!
My group was invited into the chefs home where we made fresh pasta and tiramisu. We were able to learn the proper techniques, use traditional tools, and take the recipes. We were able to enjoy fresh cicchetti of different toppings with Italian wine. Then the next course of freshly made pasta was mixed with seasonal vegetables. Bring your appetites for the delicious dessert. It was a very hands on experience with only my group in her gorgeous home.
