Unfortunately, the length of the security line is entirely managed by the Vatican Museums and is beyond our control. Despite the severe ticket shortage on that date, we secured your tickets and ensured you were able to visit. We understand the wait at security was frustrating, but this should not be confused with the ticket service we provided.
