5.30 Uhr - Abholung vom Hotel / Flughafen / Bahnhof in Varanasi Nach der morgendlichen Abholung um 5.30 Uhr von Ihrem Hotel aus fahren Sie mit dem Sonnenaufgangsboot auf den heiligen Ganges. Zeugen Sie morgendliche Rituale am Flussufer.
Der Kashi-Vishvanath-Tempel ist einer der berühmtesten Hindu-Tempel, die Lord Shiva gewidmet sind. Es befindet sich in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, Indien. Der Tempel steht am westlichen Ufer des heiligen Flusses Ganga und ist einer der zwölf Jyotirlingas, der heiligsten der Shiva-Tempel.
Halten Sie zum Frühstück an (eigene Kosten) und fahren Sie dann um 10 Uhr zur Banaras Hindu University. BHU wurde 1916 gegründet und ist der größte Universitätscampus in Asien.
Bharat Mata Mandir befindet sich auf dem Campus Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith in Varanasi, Indien. Anstelle von traditionellen Götterstatuen hat dieser Tempel eine große Karte des ungeteilten Indiens, das in Marmor gehauen ist. Sarnath ist ein Ort 10 Kilometer nordöstlich von Varanasi am Zusammenfluss des Ganges und der Varuna in Uttar Pradesh, Indien. Der Hirschpark in Sarnath war der Ort, an dem Gautama Buddha das Dharma zuerst lehrte und der buddhistische Sangha durch die Erleuchtung von Kondanna entstand.

We booked the full day tour of Varanasi because we had just one day to explore the city and wanted to see as much as possible. It’s our belief the tour was worth every penny as we saw many places we normally would not have visited on our own. Another benefit of the tour was we got to try some street foods we probably wouldn’t have tried by ourselves due to fears of “delhi belly”. Not only was the food delicious, it didn’t cause any problems to our stomach! If you book this tour, we highly recommend Shoiab because he was extremely knowledgeable about all the sites we visited. We asked a lot of questions and he answered them all with wit and humor! And we truly appreciate how he went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with our departure. He helped coordinate our boat ride to the ghat where our taxi to the airport would be waiting for us. As two females traveling alone, we felt totally safe in his care. We would like to mention our driver Rakesh was a very safe driver and got us to all our destinations without incident. And his car has strong air conditioning. It was a bit humid outside and inside the car was nice and cold. Overall we were pleased with our tour and would definitely use Trek India Tours for future trips when we come back to India!
