This tour gave a great taste of what Vancouver has to offer. It was nicely timed and we saw a lot of unique parts of the city! Their new bus was amazing! Driver Ti and tour guide Joe did a nice job getting us around town and sharing knowledge and insights about VC.

Our first time visit to Vancouver and Tai and Joe were phenomenal. The tour was just the right pace and we saw a LOT! Bus was brand new and Tai our driver did a great job of navigating us safely around. Joe was a wealth of knowledge about Vancouver and we had the perfect amount of time at each location. We had an awesome time on this tour! Joel was an excellent guide and made the experience enjoyable for our entire group. The tour felt very personal because Joel was with us in the back of the van instead of up front as the driver. We booked this tour after our cruise, and the entire process was seamless. We were picked up directly from the cruise terminal, our luggage was safely stored during the tour, and transportation to the airport afterward was arranged for us. The team made everything easy and convenient while providing an exceptional city tour. This was a fantastic way to spend the day in Vancouver. Joel and Maggie were great!!! Joel is very engaging, funny, and he has a lot of interesting knowledge to pass on. They were also very accommodating so the transition from cruise ship to day tour to airport in the evening was handled very smoothly and professionally. Our family of 4 including an adult autistic son really enjoyed our excursion with Joel. Our group was smaller which made it even better. We secured this particular tour due to the convenience of having a bathroom on their bus. Joel made our excursion fun & our driver Tai was excellent. Joel went above & beyond in many ways. He interacted with our son, offered to take lots of pictures of our family, & even returned a jacket himself that we left on the bus. We would definitely book with Star again for future tours.
