Great experience. Hamed was very knowledgeable, and a great tour guide. My advice is to book the even longer day if you have a red eye flight. We could have used a few more hours with Hamed than sitting at the airport!

Hamed was our tour guide and he was very friendly and knowledgeable of the city of Vancouver and its surrounding areas. He brought us to many locations with great stops to get out and stretch; walk around parks, markets, and shops; check out the history; and take pictures of the beautiful scenery. We even enjoyed an exceptional lunch at a Persian restaurant with Hamed. We were picked up on time right off our cruise ship with our luggage and brought directly to the airport with our luggage at the completion of our tour. The tour was very interesting and the coach bus was very comfortable. We had a great time and would highly recommend this tour of Vancouver to anyone visiting the city!

Great way to fill the time after we had to get off our cruise and before our flight home. Loved seeing the city in a really easy and low-key way. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to see the best of the city and have a delicious meal!

This tour was a total disappointment and a waste of money. Our guide, Simin, although a kind woman, had no knowledge of Vancouver. She couldn't answer questions regarding the city-its history, culture, heritage, or general facts. This was true when asked general questions about the city and about the stops that the company chose. For example, when asked what Stanley Park was known for, Simin's response was, "Old trees." When asked about the totems in the park, she was unaware of them or where they were. At best this was chauffeur driven run around the city with a drop off at the airport. Additionally, Simin had difficulty communicating in English in full sentences which contributed to our disappointment with the tour. Finally, when the tour concluded, we reached out to Viator to ask for a partial refund. We were willing to pay what it what cost to take an Uber to the airport, but didn't feel like we received a tour and therefore shouldn't have to pay. However, the tour company dismissed our request and did not offer any recompense at all. Net, I would not recommend this company generally, nor would I recommend this specific tour especially if Simin is the guide.

Poor value, poor guide no local knowledge, no commentary , could not answer questions , missed stood, had to request stops on itinerary, had to request lunch stop, late for airport. Viator informed terrible trip service

This tour was amazing. It really shows you the full experience of Vancouver. Hamed was an amazing guide as well.

Our guide, Benyamim, was very knowledgeable about Vancouver and all of the areas surrounding it. We stopped at a couple markets and several areas around the water.

One of the best tours we have ever been on. We were able to see a view of Vancouver that was way beyond what we expected. It is the kind of experience that would make you want to live there. Our tour guide was very informative and was able to show us sights not normally seen by out of town visitors. We highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to get a good idea of what Vancouver is like.

Navid did a great job hitting the "highlight" spots of the Vancouver area on our tour. He was knowledgeable and passionate about the area.

My tour guide Hamad was great. Very excellent tour, not just downtown but North and West Vancouver and a number of other places! Learned a lot about the city and its different areas as well as some history! Was also great to see where real people live and just the tourists areas. Great coffee at Delanys in North Vancouver along the way. Convenient pick up and drop off. I think I’m going to take another tour with Tick Tours who did this one. Thanks again, Hamad!
